AliExpress is my worst fear in online purchasing. I waited about 9 weeks to receive my items, nothing ever arrived. So I filed a complaint with PayPal and got my money back. After I made the initial order, AliExpress kept bombing my inbox with offers and deals, but never a single update on my purchase. If not for PayPal, I probably would have lost the $2,300 that I paid AliExpress. I can't explain how they're still in business. Just stay away from AliExpress and save yourself the grief.

I had an awful experience with AliExpress. The goods I ordered never left China; the delivery having been cancelled by the supplier. I requested the refund that should have come automatically. Customer Service were all sugar and sweet (lots of "Oh dear") but did not meet my expectation for an immediate refund.

I will never deal with these people again, and I recommend avoiding this site... there is no recourse when a problem occurs.

Don't bother wasting your time ordering from AliExpress! The first problem I had was not being able to contact anyone, including the seller, until Feb 17. At that time I received a reply apologizing for delay and order would be processed ASAP. Today, Feb 22, I get a notification that my order was "closed" and refund issued. No explanation why they closed the order. My assumption is that these items are just props to get you to order so they can "borrow" your money for a few weeks! Someone tell me I'm wrong

That you were never going to receive your order. They will refund your purchase but have had access to your money for weeks.

I bought 2 hello watches Black Friday they both took a long time to come. They were Christmas gifts they both went out in January just stopped coming on. I contacted Ali who stated I have to contact the seller directly which I didn't understand why was that my problem. I asked who to contact for the sellers and got nowhere. Needless to say I'm stuck with 2 broken watches worth nothing.

I ordered an item, it took forever to ship it, finally notified that it was "delivered", but I got no item. Great. Contacted customer support which was absolutely useless, their answer was "just wait another week". They finally came back with "file a dispute" except there is no option to dispute delivering to wrong location (and yes, my shipping address was 100% correct on the order). I will never use them again, just stick with Walmart or Amazon for your online shopping needs.

Purchased a Halloween costume from them but it never arrived. Instead, they sent me an email saying it was delivered. There was no photo of it at my door, and no delivery footage of it on my door camera. I could not get a hold of Aliexpress. Their phone number leads nowhere. The seller would not respond to multiple messages. I filed a dispute on their chat page and they sent me their final solution which was "No refund." This company is a scam. Buyer be ware!

They are a scam. They take your money and send nothing, then refuse to refund you and you are left with no options or means of contact to state your case.

1) Received an incorrect product that did not work as advertised. Ali Express then gave me a run-around when I asked to return the product for a refund. Then refused my request.
2) Three other products I purchased were not delivered.
A refund request was accepted in writing for one of the undelivered products, but not actually given.
I will never buy from Ali Express again and warn others to avoid doing business with them. The chances are good that you're going to get ripped off.

Be prepared to write off the money you spent for a wrong or not delivered product purchase and forget about any returns or refunds.

AliExpress cheats! I bought reading glasses from them and 3 pairs was NOT what I ordered -- nobody can see thru those glasses. They refuse phone calls AND I'm very doubtful that they will show this review. I'm advertising AGAINST both AliExpress AND Alibaba which is the SAME scammers! They don't return your money either! 😡

NEVER buy from AliExpress AND Alibaba BECAUSE they're frauds!!!

Bought a couple of SSD drives (4tb) (8tb that I never received) but the 4tb drive will format. Been running for days and finally failed. I tore it open and discoverd it had 2 micro sd cards. Not a true SSD by far. Complete junk. Stay away from these people. They sell junk that is not what your expecting to get. Returns...what a joke. These people are nothing but a rip off artist. Could not leave any good news about them what so ever.

SSD drives that are totally junk. Opened up one, and it’s nothing but 2 micro SD cards. Total waste of time.

I ordered the Human Kinky straight hair and it looked nothing like the pictures. It does not even look like human hair but instead material strands from something. The hair was totally unmanageable no matter what I tried. The hair does not lay right - every time your move your head the hair becomes tangled leaving you to brush and comb every five minutes. Not worth the money.

Aliexpress charges consumers for orders, but when they don't deliver the items, they refuse to refund the money. When we order from Aliexpress with Choice Delivery, we expect a trustworthy and safe delivery of promised goods. We do not expect to pay for something that will never be delivered. Τhe required protection is not provided to the buyer, so the whole system is unsuitable for online shopping.

Returned goods in one parcel. One order refunded 2rd no. Incompetent customer service. Requested shipping cost refund per instructions when I returned. Ali express higher team replied stating buyer pays despite clear statements on orders saying.othewise. I am starting process of reporting them for breaking consumer laws and will dispute payments with my bank. I strongly recommend DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS SITE

I recently purchased a T-shirt of average quality, and I have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, the design is decent and the fabric feels comfortable against the skin. However, I noticed some stitching flaws and the material seems a bit thin and prone to stretching. While it's not the highest quality T-shirt I've owned, it's still wearable for casual occasions. Overall, I would describe it as an okay purchase, but I wouldn't expect it to last as long as higher quality alternatives.

Way too much risk. Sellers lie, packages don't arrive and getting them to stick to their "guarantees" is a nightmare.
They don't use normal carriers. They have cheesy companies that use random people to deliver.

They refuse to bring packages to indicated spots (even with large signs and arrows), and often leave them in vulnerable places to be stolen.

So many of the listings completely misrepresent their products. I have used them for about 6 months and I'm done.

I have been manufacturing goods for over 50 years and buying wholesale. I have never had SO much trouble. Packages never arrive, are missing products (one courier slashed open a package and took all of the gold items).

Update: I can't believe the ridiculous message I received below from them. In the last 2 weeks I have spent over 100 hours and over 130 emails, requests and replies over two orders from the same seller that never arrived while doing EXACTLY what their reply tells me to do. The seller has never responded at all, but AE customer "service" has lied multiple times in emails. In the same email sent dozens of times they have claimed that my package was BOTH delivered and held at customs.

If you think they will listen to you...you are wrong

I purchased Red Yeast Rice Antioxidants tablets from them but it never arrived! Instead, they sent me an email saying it was delivered. There was no photo of it at my door, and no delivery footage of it on my door camera. I checked with the delivery company and said they sent it back because they didn't deliver to my Farm address. I could not get a hold of Aliexpress they ghosted me. Their phone number leads nowhere. The seller would not respond to multiple messages. I've placed two orders with AliExpress - ordered a set of interchangeable Knitting Needles Pic 1 (received the cheapest set of plastic crochet hooks Pic 2). Second order was for 24 Googly Eye Rings (in the pkg I received 22). Trying to explain the issue with #1 order was frustrating and useless. The only good thing I can say is Shipping was much faster than anticipated

So they're easily said your item missing and only refund me less than half(£29.04 of the original purchase price £75. So I lost £45.96. I bought 2 pair of climbing shoes for £75, because size doesn't fit so I returned 2 pair of climbing shoes for full refund, but it end up with £29.04 refund only. They did not give me full refund so I lost £35 for nothing! I 100% sent 2 pair of shoes in one parcel and they said item missing. They were so dishonest! People's always said Chinese apps can not be trust and now I learn the lesson from AliExpress, this is the way how they taking money from customers! Beware this app!

So I ordered machine parts about a month ago and finally got an email from Aliexpress stating that my address was wrong. The only information they have was the city/zip code from my address. When I contacted the seller, they told me to contact Aliexpress. Then, Aliexpress tells me to contact the seller. So they are basically "kicking the can down the road" in hopes I will just go away. They are wrong! I want my money back!

Placed order 1/5/24. Never shipped. Site shows this and chat bots confirm. Ask for refund. Chat bots "rest assured your money is safe and I will escalate your claim, you will hear in 24hours" Of course, nothing. A week later, seller sends message and states prices have gone up, send another $100 and they will ship! I decline and demand refund. Seller goes dark. Chat bots will 'escalate'. Nothing. Here we are at 2/10/24 Now working with PayPal fraud. This site promotes fraud and hides. Never had a problem with TEMU.

I just received my Nightmare before Christmas iPhone13 case and I F*cking love it. It has better quality than I have ever seen. They say you get what you pay for, well I paid a little over $1 and got a IPhone case that is better than I've EVER bought before. It doesn't have the feel of cheaply made at all…. I love it! My hats off to Alliexpress for a very well made product.
