I had an awful experience with AliExpress. The goods I ordered never left China; the delivery having been cancelled by the supplier. I requested the refund that should have come automatically. Customer Service were all sugar and sweet (lots of "Oh dear") but did not meet my expectation for an immediate refund.
I will never deal with these people again, and I recommend avoiding this site... there is no recourse when a problem occurs.
