When I talked with them online, they promised me the moon and if I wasn't happy with the results they would refund my money ($599). I chose their book services. I had written a children's book and wanted it formatted for Amazon in paperback and ebook. When I told them I had to get my illustrations done first they said they could do them for me (not, mentioning that they would only do 3) but I found that out later. Also the three they did were not professional, nor did they fit the story. I asked for my money back but they referred me to a lot of double-talk in their contract which meant they would not refund. I am very unhappy about this as I am a senior citizen on a fixed income but now have to pay someone else to do this job for me. It's a shame that scammers can take advantage of people. I paid by credit card and have no physical proof of my payment. I'm sad.

I requested Writers Daddy to do a resume for me for an admin job. I did a chat online and informed them what I was looking for. I was assured they could do it for me. I was also lead to believe if I was not happy I would receive my money back. I sent in my resume and basically, they took my resume and reformatted it. There was no added value. We exchanged a couple of emails. They said they would call and they called once. Other times they said they would call and did not. I sent them an email stating my disappointment in hopes they might refund at least some of my money. It was the biggest waste of $125.00. I most definitely would not recommend them.

I recently wrote a fairly negative review regarding WritersDaddy. Since then, I realized my frustration with the company was due to some miscommunications and misunderstandings. I can't find that original review I wrote, so I want to emphasize that, at this point, I'm pleased with the contact I've had with the company and am looking forward to them publishing my book.
