Excellent customer service from planning to having the kitchen delivered, staffs were wonderful, went the extra mile when advising and planning and recommending on appliances.
Worry free. Everything was done with speed and efficiency. Old kitchen was taken away, and new kitchen was finished the fitters left the place like you would know they had been there
Used the Maidstone store to design my kitchen. So easy and team were amazing.

I ordered my Kitchen from Wren and I am very happy with it, Emily Winfindale designed it, she was very professional, patient & very approachable when I changed my mind on a couple of things, the delivery team were great, overall great experience

We had great customer service the whole way through and Wrens made sure that the issues we had with our kitchen appliances were replaced as quickly as possible.
Delivery was on-time and support was good. There was some issue with the cabinets or doors having some cracks but it was easy to order the replacement and they arrived on time as well.

We love our new Wren kitchen. The designer was really knowledgeable and everyone else involved were super helpful. The process was quick, got our new kitchen fitted in time for Christmas!

Fitters were excellent. Dealt with any issues and answered any questions asked. The help desk was also very good. Dealt with any problems that involved third parties.

We had a very positive experience using Wren. The kitchen design service was amazing and the price was very reasonable. We used our own fitter and the finish is excellent. Definitely recommend!

I am delighted with everything. The kitchen looks lovely and has been admired a lot. It is a real transformation from the existing kitchen and has produced a wonderful space for baking.
We enjoyed our experience at your Wren showroom. Staff were very experienced in kitchen design. We liked the way they could design our kitchen & at the same time save us money.
