Great product and seamless customer service from start to finish. I had a scratch on one of the cabinet doors and they promptly dispatched a replacement which I received the following day.

It's over a year now since we had our kitchen put in and I find more and more things that are wrong but NOBODY cares, put a marble on the work top and it rolls away, the BIG draft gap under the units, the gap left between units and all the stuff left, I paid for a big worktop that I only needed half of, I had to chop the other half up to get it into my car to take to the skip along with all the doors that arrived broken and a big six foot piece that my husband decided to keep, but I don't even know what it was for. All in all a company that doesn't give a damn they have your money. The end

Our kitchen was fitted in February 2019, within 6 months the units were starting to discolour and flake, wren blamed us for cleaning them wrong, we raised a sec75, Wren even threatened the bank not to settle beyond their offfer ( SARS) the financial ombudsman found in our favour, Wren refused to comply with the ruling, finally Sept 2022, the bank complied without Wren, and we got a resolution, life is too short to get a wren kitchen

I was very hesitant to remodel my kitchen because I've heard so many horrible stories. My experience with wren was excellent it really met and exceeded what I wanted the experience to be. Maria at the Newington store was so patient so thorough and knowledgeable. Wren customer service was superior! Every time I went into the wren store to meet with Maria (to make my MANY changes until I finally made up my mind lol) I received a call from customer service to check in. Every time a deadline was met, another check in call. When order finalized, a call. Prior to delivery and at delivery, a call. It was so reassuring to have wren kitchens on it every step of the way. When my contractor discovered that a panel was missing I called wren and it was sent to me right away. When one hinge wasn't soft closing (I know…not really a big deal) the hinge was express mailed by wren. Such an easy process. I would absolutely recommend WREN hands down. Prices were also really reasonable. I actually thought the total figure was wrong at first! Can't say enough good things about wren. My cabinets are just beautiful, my kitchen looks amazing! We had a Wren surveyor come out to measure up the room before we designed the utility room. Surprise surprise the measurements turned out to be incorrect. One of the units did not fit through the utility room door and another did not fit where it should without having to cut into the wall. –
Wren's reply to this " The surveyor is only there to measure up the room, not to make sure the units fit" - I am not joking.
" We send you a pre-fit pack to confirm that all the measurements are correct and that all units fit. If you do not do a pre-fit it is on you" -- again I am not joking.
Basically, you have to make sure their surveyor takes the correct measurements, so the role of the surveyor is as redundant as it gets. They refused any form of compensation and said this is my fault for failing to do a pre-fit! Amazing.

The hinges supplied were incorrect, the carousel unit was not delivered, and they sent us a sink we never needed, and the delivery people refused to take it back. It then cost me money to have it taken by the council.

The "designers" as they called them, are completely useless on site, I am not entirely sure what is the criteria to be employed here but the bar cannot be too high.

I highly recommend staying away from the company.

Very happy with the whole experience with Wren Kitchens from the initial showroom visit to the finished fitted kitchen. I would recommend Wren 100 % for a stress-free fantastic job wel done.!

We have taken 14 years to sort our kitchen out and we chose wren from the planning of our kitchen and installation went so well, we are so happy with the end result.

We recently sold our house which we had a Wren kitchen fitted in it around 13 years ago, we must say that this was the main selling feature and we actually sold our property within 5 days of it going on the market! It was a no brainer that our outdated kitchen in our new property had to be another fabulous Wren kitchen. From start to finish the Bolton store gave us a first class service with knowledgeable and helpful staff, they came and measured the kitchen/dining area and followed through with the planning/design of it including new flooring. Johnathan was full of ideas and guided us through the picking of all the needed units etc. The kitchen arrived a couple of weeks later and our fitters found everything easily fitted, there were a couple of items missing, a phone call to Wren customer services and these were delivered to us very quickly and without any hassle. A second wonderful experience with a well organised and trustworthy Company, thanks to all at Wren kitchens for making what could have been something of a nightmare into a very pleasant experience. PS have seen 2 more Wren kitchen delivery vehicles in the past weeks delivering more quality kitchens close by on our estate.
