Wren delivered our long-awaited kitchen, not noting that the built in double oven was not delivered. Instead, they sent us a poorly executed email with 'cut & paste' and blank 'fill in the space' options for them to complete, with the missing appliance, after the delivery to let us know the double oven was NOT in the delivery, giving us excuses and spiel about covid and the container ship that was stuck in the Suez Canal (which occurred in March 2021 and this is now June 2022) etc. stating that this rarely happens. Well, considering they are using a 'fill in the blank' and 'cut & paste' email, it clearly shouts that this happens a lot. To date we have been left confused, increasingly anxious and becoming ill due to 4 different people having sent us emails from Wren - some from a 'noreply' address, so you'll be hitting your head against a brick wall. It has now been 3 days and they have not helped in any way…… just making us ill. So, I'd suggest to avoid this company at all costs. Try Howdens, Magnet, Wickes, B&Q kitchens…. Any one other than Wren.

Although we had done quite a lot of planning before visiting the showroom, we found that the input from the design team was really helpful. We ended up with exactly what we wanted.

A very knowledgeable member of staff was very helpful in designing our new kitchen. The fitting all went like a dream. Love the quality. We love the revamp. Lots of extra space and it looks fabulous.

Never by a Wren Kitchen when doing a extension - They talk you into locking prices up and send surveyors around afterwards but then it all comes back to agreements made before extensions are done - Kitchen is not per diagram - Cany believe how many Wren calls etc were made but in the end kicthen is shorter than planned and they wont do anything but offer £70 back - Whole kitchen extension look as gone as eating the breakfast bar is still in old kitchen than new extension and £70 offered on Top of the range kitchen

I recently purchased a kitchen from Wren after months of researching different designs and providers. I couldn't be happier with my decision. The kitchen's design is simply stunning, and the ash grey colour is the perfect choice to give my kitchen a modern and stylish feel.
The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the kitchen. The drawers and cabinets are easy to open and close, and the soft-close mechanism prevents any accidental slamming. The rounded corners on the quartz worktops help avoid any bumps by my children. I was particularly impressed by the level of customization available. I was able to choose the perfect layout for our kitchen, which maximized the available space and made the most of the natural light.
The items were delivered on time and the installation process was straightforward and completed quickly by my carpenter. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with my Wren kitchen. It's transformed my home, and I've received countless compliments on the design. I would highly recommend Wren to anyone looking for a high-quality, stylish, and functional kitchen.

Wren was the only showroom we visited and the choice was amazing, suits all budgets.

Excellent customer service from planning to having the kitchen delivered, staffs were wonderful, went the extra mile when advising and planning and recommending on appliances.
Worry free. Everything was done with speed and efficiency. Old kitchen was taken away, and new kitchen was finished the fitters left the place like you would know they had been there

We had great customer service the whole way through and Wrens made sure that the issues we had with our kitchen appliances were replaced as quickly as possible.
Delivery was on-time and support was good. There was some issue with the cabinets or doors having some cracks but it was easy to order the replacement and they arrived on time as well.
