We love our new Wren kitchen. The designer was really knowledgeable and everyone else involved were super helpful. The process was quick, got our new kitchen fitted in time for Christmas!
Perfect from planning to completion. Everything as they said it would be. Everything delivered on time to and went out their way to ensure it was sent when we needed it.

Fitters were excellent. Dealt with any issues and answered any questions asked. The help desk was also very good. Dealt with any problems that involved third parties.

I am delighted with everything. The kitchen looks lovely and has been admired a lot. It is a real transformation from the existing kitchen and has produced a wonderful space for baking.
We had a very positive experience using Wren. The kitchen design service was amazing and the price was very reasonable. We used our own fitter and the finish is excellent. Definitely recommend!

Very glossy showroom but the after sales serivce and Customer Care is abismal.
Multiple issues with the kitchen, wrong appliances being deivered, doors, draws and shelves damaged etc.
Phone call after phone call, being left on hold, no escalation process JUST AVIOD.
The service firm Wren was second to none and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. They have a first-class product and the service you receive is excellent.

Excellent experience from the initial visit of the kitchen designer right up to the delivery of our kitchen. Would have no hesitation in recommending Wren

Found staff easy to approach and addressed any questions or concerns immediately. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble any damages were replaced immediately
Great quality and quick service. Every contact/communication with Wren was positive and the delivery service was great. I used my own joiner so can't comment on the installation service.
