My kitchen was chosen (via a mobile van!) I chose cream gloss fronts,j close.
Delivery was easy and uneventful via the Wren app,and it was easy to order items I either forgot or changed my mind about!. Delivery was always timely.
The temporary sink was really useful. My experience was excellent and I can't say just how pleased I am with my result!
Wren have given me my dream kitchen and I couldn't ask for anything better.
From the planning stage to the delivery. We bought pre made and fitted it ourselves and the instructions were amazing. A few parts had been missing and an online form made it easy to order and they were sent within 24 hours.

The kitchen planner was amazing. Really helpful throughout the process. There was an issue with one unit arriving damaged but this was replaced as soon as I contacted Wren, with no charge. I had an issue with my plan including too many worktops also which seemed to have been a planning error on the system. This was also refunded to me without me needing to raise a complaint. All in all a really good process throughout and have recommended to friends and family!
My experience with wren was good I had a few problems with appliances and chasing up a refund and only had 1 damaged unit which was sorted out just a few difficulties with delivery. Some people have said I should have been compensated but at the time it was stressful so didn't complain I just wanted my kitchen finished and it is and I am so pleased with it.

We had a full kitchen refit, Wren showrooms were very good to see the quality and choice and ideas on design. We had good customer service throughout with constant updates on progress. Would definitely recommend.

The whole experience from the showroom to being fitted went without a hitch. Friendly staff and not pushy trying to sell sell you things you don't need or wanted. The fitting of the kitchen was easy, the fitter was clean and tidy doing the work and wouldn't sign it off till he made sure we were happy b.

Was a little dubious to proceed with my order after hearing many horror stories about Wren, but in all honesty as a fitter told me you get good and bad with all companies. So we went ahead and I have to say it was perfect from start to finish, the small problems I did have was remedied within 24hrs.
All in all I am very happy with kitchen and the customer service

Great experience from start to finish.
The planner in the sales room was very professional and not at all pushy, and designed us a great kitchen. Delivery was only time and professional. Couple of minor issues with slight damage on a couple of doors, but the process of ordering replacements through the app was great and they were delivered with no fuss
Great service from all the team at Wren kitchens. The design process in store was was so simple and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Vast selection of colours and finishing were available. Delivery team were very friendly and great at communicating their arrival time. We fitted the kitchen ourselves, it was straight forward with all the instructions easily accessible.
Kitchen designer Karen from the Gloucester branch was attentive from start to finish.
Measurements of the kitchen were carefully calculated.
The delivery was on time
And my kitchen looks just fantastic

From ordering to installation we had great service from Wren. Any queries were quickly dealt with and their installers were brilliant. Our kitchen and utility room were transformed in a week with no mess or damage and we have the kitchens we wanted. There were a couple of snags which were quickly dealt with. Well worth paying the extra for Wren fitters.

Patryk was our kitchen designer from the Aberdeen store and was 5 star. Delivery as planned. We used our own installers which I would advise. Any damaged or missed parts were ordered through the wren app and delivered very quickly. All round I'm very pleased with our Wren kitchen.

From the designer to the final fit I cannot fault Wren. I love my kitchen, I'd hoped for something that would add value to the house, be much more functional and finally be somewhere I could cook. What I have ended up with is infinitely more than that and I'm so grateful. I was really fearful at the beginning about what I was getting into, and what would be the right thing to do for me, but everyone helped and I have more than I thought possible. Thank you.

A great start to the process with a visit to our local showroom, we were taken through our wish list and created the design we were set on. There were many styles and finished samples to help choose the look and finish of our kitchen; great advice provided by the designer. Deposit paid and the install team then took over arranging a pre delivery survey of our space, then a firm delivery date was agreed.
This all happened without any dramas, the kitchen arrived on time and complete. We arranged the installation ourselves, overall this was a very satisfying experience.

Having decided to source our kitchen from Wren in Tamworth the account manager completed the detailed drawings. He then confirmed the drawings by a home visit. The kitchen units were prebuilt and delivered as per the schedule. The fitter took 4 days to complete the installation. Damages were quickly replaced by Wren which was excellent from a fitting perspective.
Wren prices are competitive with discounts offered through the process.

From the planning stage of our kitchen all the way through to the delivery went very smoothly and our kitchen planner was very helpful and came up with some very good ideas that we didn't think about. We had quartz worktops installed and the team came round to measure up and fit them and the whole process went really well.
My family love our new kitchen and I would recommend Wrens kitchen
