Account information? Yeah right! Contracts? Where! Charged our account 20 dollars for no reason.
Please return my money to my account, I did not agree to pay that.
This is Juston B. In Idaho Falls. My dad's credit card has 2 charges for $9.99 and $19.99 that he is going to dispute. I suspect this is a scam and you are being reported to the Dean of BYU. NO stars.
Wrapmatch straight lied to me. I called them earlie and told them that I wanted a refund of the $19.99 they took from me after telling me all I would EVER pay would be the $4.99 which is the cost for the decal. The guy said that I checked some box agreeing to pay 19.99 for a membership. That's bull$#*!. I did not. I told him I want my account cancelled and I want the money refunded to me. He said he couldn't because I checked the box, which I never checked any box. I told him to listen to miss you recorded call to the ladie who lied to me about paying a one time $4.99 decal fee. He said he would listen to it and talk to his manager and decide if I can get my refund. DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY! I wish I would have read all these horrible comments before hand. :/
I called them today and found out they just wanted my money, any business that asks for money up front is most likely a scam.
I like to cancel this service. I had been charged for a whole year and have not got any money made. The company is making money monthly.
I never made any money through them, but I've seen so many reviews that no one can get through to someone. I called and was on hold for about 2 minutes, got a nice person on the other end and she cancelled my premium membership with no questions asked. I received a confirmation email confirming my membership had "expired" and I would not have any future charges eithin 1 minute of hanging up the phone.
I called *******062 chose option 2.
You can also email them at *******@wrapmatch.com. Or live chat. I tried all 3 methods and was helped efficiently each method. So I feel much better now about it. I started reading reviews and panicked about not being able to end the monthly charges. Phew! Disaster avoided!
I will never deal with this company again. 1st the lady that took my bank card info said it was a one time fee, I asked the lady if I will be charged after monthly she said no. I found out later that they do charge a monthly fee of $19. 99. 2nd the lady said I would be making hundreds of dollars and I could pick what add I want on my car that all I would have to do is pick a add. This was a rip off because the companies that want you to place an add on your car the ones that you pick from only offer a $25 gift card so your only making $5 and you go spend that gift card and your really just using your $19.99 that they scammed you out of every month. 3rd don't ever trust a company that lies to you that's the worst thing they could do is lose our trust and they lost mine for good.
Wrapmatch is shady as hell. You won't make money. They lie about what the 4.99 upfront is for, they just want your CC info so they can charge you monthly for the "premium" that they tell you about AFTER they take your info and they make you think you have a "free trial" but no one realizes they have to call in to cancel it or they'll keep charging you for something you didn't sign up for. They are even shady to their EMPLOYEES who have had to lie to people and trick people into signing up for wrapmatch.
Thank you all so much for your input. They calledme today and I said no because I didn't feel comfortable giving them my credit card number! These comments confirmed my intuition. Thanks!
I almost fell for wrapmatch, thank you everyone who took the time to wright about what they are all about.
1) After paying for the premium and paying the monthly fee for the premium, I made ZERO DOLLARS. I displayed the sign. I passed out flyers. I advertised on social media. And there was not a single sign up. The return on investment was not worth the monthly fee or the sign up fee.
2) There seemed to be ZERO INTEREST generated around this idea. I pushed REALLY HARD and no one seemed to be interested in the idea. In addition, I did not see many (IF ANY) other drivers sporting the Wrapmatch logo on their vehicles.
3)The person that I signed up under experienced the same thing. In addition, it was brought to my attention that she never received the fee for signing me up.
3) I did not see any evidence that Wrapmatch had any other companies that were available to advertise for. After experiencing no success with the "Wrapmatch" campaign, I requested to be taken off of the premium and just use the regular non-premium campaign. I WAS NEVER CONTACTED BY ANYONE AFTER MY REQUEST.
4) I spent a SIGNIFICANT amount of time viewing the "Free" items on Amazon. They were mostly cheap, useless trinkets. There wasn't ANYTHING on that "Free" list that I though was worth ordering. NOT EVEN FOR FREE!
It is my belief that Wrapmatch was just a scam to get that sign-up and monthly premium money from new recruits. I have no interests in any further dealings with Wrapmatch and I will be sharing my experience FAR AND WIDE!
I was offered a job at this company in their calling center. I was given a script that I had to read and stick to saying things I didn't even know were true. We were trained to NOT clarify what the charges were after the initial sign up. The room in which we took calls was also VERY unsecured! I was taking about 10 peoples' credit card info in a shift and they never did a background check on me or anything. I could have easily been taking down peoples' credit card info for my personal use.
I almost went back because we really needed the money, but when I was practicing the script at home with my husband I just felt sick inside and knew what they were doing was unethical. The owner assured me they are a completely transparent company, but when I asked how they make their money he would not give a straight answer. I also asked if I could change the script to clarify things for the customer, I was not allowed to stray from the script in any way. That is not transparency. Don't do it. Don't even talk to them just tell them to put you on their "Do Not Call" list and they will leave you alone.
OK I've read a bunch of reviews and am having much the same bad experience with this company. I let them get me for the premium service and got a sticker for an insurance company supposedly anyway. Then realizing I pay too much for my insurance I sent a text to the number, and also a friend of mine sent one too. No response to either text has been received in about 7 business days. So I had my roommate call the number by land line guess what? It was a number for Wrap Match! Gee who would have thought. So My suggestion to everyone is to do what I am going to do. I will write two emails and fill out some forms at the FTC web site ftc.gov complaining about them. The two emails no make it three will be to the Attorney General of Utah, The state of North Dakota as that's where the number on the ad they sent me for my car has it's area code and the 3rd to my home state Attorney General. Now this might not do much but in most states the Attorney General's office is required by law to investigate all such complaints if they determine a fraud is being committed such as a pyramid scheme as this appears to be then the States and Federal Government will get on them. The more of us that do this the better the chance of someone going to jail. I've seen when I lived in Nevada the FTC go in and arrest entire phone rooms full of people for scams like this. So let's go get them.
I worked inside for corporate Wrapmatch with the business owners and I can tell you now that they are a fraud and will take advantage of you. I quit the job very quickly after finding the company to be completely dishonest and unethical. They couldn't even be honest about their pay for their employees. They will have their driver applicants pay a $10 dollar background check, but the only reason for it is to get your credit card information. They will tell you it's nessicary in order for you to prove legitimate for business campaigns and that you don't have to pay any other fees; but what they won't tell you is that after you receive a "7 day free trial", they will charge your card monthly. They will make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership. Don't be surprised if they never respond back to you or try to bribe you with false promises to keep your membership. Don't bother to try to speak to a manager if you can't get a hold of costumer service (which is 99% of the time), because the managers refuse to talk on the phones, and most of the time we are told to hang up on an angry customer who keeps calling in because they can't get a hold of anyone. Basically, they will take your credit card info and leave you hanging. Chances are you won't get a wrap, so don't exepct one. If you do, it will be advertising for wrapmatch. Also, don't trust their positive reviews, as those people were paid for leaving them. Any negative reviews if they can help it are deleted. This company is dishonest and I was discusted by their lack of integrity. So my advice? Run. I
Don't give these people any info on yourself. They will take your damn money and send you a bill later. And you will not receive anything to advertise anything for them either. Bunch of damn crooks stealing peoples f,, k,,, money. Sorry bast,, ds I hope someone finally catches their $#*!, s and puts them in jail for awhile.
Here is the truth:
1. They want your credit card number. Once they have it you will be charged monthly after your "free trial".
2. They will avoid talking to you once you're a member. Customer service calls are routinely routed to voicemail and never returned. You will be told (if you get through, likely by email) that they are working diligently to get you "matched". They are, in fact, working diligently to get MORE people to sign up for the premium service (which makes for less opportunities for you, if you do the math).
3. The chances of getting "matched" are very low (if not impossible), and if you do, it will likely be for WrapMatch itself. This is a self-perpetuating fraud that will ultimately collapse at some point.
4. They train their sales agents to discount the Better Business Bureau negative ratings by telling potential buyers (and you should think of yourself as a "buyer" because you'll likely spend way more than you'll earn) that the BBB is a "paid for" service and therefore not credible (this is a 1/2 truth, by the way -- you have to pay to get accredited by them but the reviews are legitimate.)
5. If you call to cancel your membership (and you will after paying every month and getting nothing or very little in return) you will most likely never get through to anyone but an agent on the sales team (and they can't help you). The way the vast majority of buyers get away is they have to cancel their credit cards with the bank.
6. The first red flag is that they want you to pay for a driving report. A legitimate company would never have you pay in order to work for them.
I would like to think the owners are simply young, inexperienced, but mostly well-intentioned. I don't believe that's the case, however. When the phone representatives are trained to talk around direct questions and speak in half truths on the sales side, then ignores the "customers" on the member side, it denotes a company that knows it's being disingenuous to the people who are the most ripe to be taken advantage of, and doesn't care.
That's not being unintentionally incompetent -- it's being evil. Deal with them at your own risk.
I am so disguisted with people who take advantage of others. I literally just had 9.99 STOLEN from me by "ERICA" She (fake) told me the membership was optional yet when I got the email from her it states that my account will be billed once the trial expires on 11/28/14. Wanting to cancel this mess I immediately tried to call her back at the number she called me from and it went straight to an automated message that wrapmatch was closed. WTH. She just called me on a Sat afternoon and flat out took advantage of me. I responded to her email asking to cancel and for a refund but I am sure this company does not stand by excellent customer satisfaction or if they did my money would be refunded. IF A WRAPMATCH REP READS THIS I WANT AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE BECAUSE THIS IS PURE NONSENSE. THAT REP JUST LIED TO ME AND SHE SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO OWNS THIS COMPANY AND HOW THEY FEEL ABOUT THIS. TRUST ME AS SOON AS WRAPMATCH "OPENS" UP ON MONDAY I WILL TRACK DOWN WHOMEVER TO REPORT THIS. OK ERICA I AM WAITING ON A RETURN CALL FROM YOU. YOU CALLED ME ON A WEEKEND(WHEN YOU ALL AR SUPPOSEDLY CLOSED) SO GET ON YOUR PHONE AND CALL ME BACK. I AM NOT A HAPPY PERSON. PERIOD. HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT...
I want Erica's job. I can twist a sale or put heat in a deal just as good as her and the company. Guess i won't go any farther with this scam. In all of my working career I've never had to pay to work.
Two things to note:
1. Due to the Home Depot credit card breach, my bank issued me a new card. WrapMatch has yet to ask me for the new card number so they can bill me the $9 per month for me "premium" account.
2. WrapMatch has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.

I have suspected for awhile, but now (I think) I'm convinced -- WrapMatch is a scam. I have a decal from them on my car right now. Guess who it advertises -- WrapMatch themselves. That's probably their ploy. Am I advertising to trap others into their scam? I think that decal is coming off ASAP!
Answer: I had it wrapped for 8 months and make nothing from them, I got ticketed by the state police for not carrying a commercial plate, and I am charged by wrapcar for a service fee of $8.95 for no reason. Do not do this.
Answer: Simple, THEY'RE A SCAM!
Answer: Because it's a scam! Don't fall for it. I joined and this and should have really checked them out first. I was lucky, I got my money back. Hope this helps!
