Because it's a scam! Don't fall for it. I joined and this and should have really checked them out first. I was lucky, I got my money back. Hope this helps!

Hi Karen,
You got charged for a premium membership instead of a basic membership. You have to listen very carefully to what they're saying on the phone they offered me the same thing I canceled it immediately and my premium membership expired the same day.
