Placed an order 4/3/20. I inquired on 5/13 via email. Since then there have been multiple email exchanges, each offering a different excuse, one telling me that shipping takes 8-20 days. Well folks, we are now approaching 60 days. The tracking number they sent shows no activity on the order since 4/24. One email they sent gave me return instructions indicating I would have to pay for the return. I have yet to figure out how to return something I have never received. I see that there are complaints on this site for the items I ordered as well, so apparently they were just trying to make money off the global pandemic. Disgraceful.

I purchased 2 face sheild hats, they said 7-10 days delivery. I understood that in this time that it could be delayed, ok. After 3 weeks I contacted them to check on my order. I got a response that it had shipped and they gave me a tracking number. I waited a couple of days and nothing, so I checked the tracking number. There was no record for that number, I emailed again after 5 days and another check on the number. Did not get a response. After another week with the tracking number still not working and no response from the company I emailed to cancel the order. 7 days later the order was delivered.

VERY poor quality, you cannot see through the face shield horribledistortion, just all around crap.

Bought a shirt, terrible quality, arranged for a return, by email because they don't have
A phone number that I could locate. Followed the overly complicated return instructions
And 8 weeks AFTER they have received the shirt back, no refund. Tried to dispute thru
Paypal. This company finally emailed me back and basically threatened me to drop my
Dispute or they would not give anything back. I told them I was waiting on paypal and then
They offered $10. What a joke. Bad company, bad customer service, back products. STAY AWAY.

Over one month later, I still have 2 items I have not received. But who cares. The two items I got are garbage. The 'cute' gnome sweatshirt is the worst quality fabric and the 'gnomes' are like a plastic, 70's iron-on sticker. The neckline is super tight. They were supposed to be gifts, but were so cheap and cheesy that I threw them away. Return policy is nearly impossible to qualify for. Do NOT believe the cute pictures, as the actual items look nothing like them. Can't believe I fell for this Facebook ad; never again!

I have had quality items shipped from China multiple times BUT this is not the same kind of company and this order has been delayed for well over a month! The checkout page says Shipping (10-15). I bought a Christmas shirt and now it won't be here by Christmas. So Frustrating!
I tried to email them multiple times and the emails went unanswered. I received two of the tops and was told another shirt I ordered was out of stock. I'm still waiting on that refund. I have 3 more shirts that have yet to make it to me. I ORDERED THEM ON NOVEMBER 5TH! It is now DECEMBER 19!
I have disputed the order on PayPal and PayPal gives the seller the opportunity to respond but their response was simply "Could you please contact us via the email: xxxx, We will try our best to help you. Please kindly close the dispute. Thank you. https://www.wowsclub.com December 18,2019 at 7:38:27 AM EST"
I think that PayPal blocks email addresses because they want to see the seller resolve the issue but then they had the gaul to say "please kindly close the dispute." Yeah right!
Now they are trying to duck the bad reviews by changing their name to wowscloset.com

My advice is to not go into business if you have no desire to deal with customers and fulfill your orders in the quoted time.
