I feelncheated because when I bought the WorldSim in an KLM flight, the information did no say that it did not include internet. I need the sim chip mainly for internet use, not for calling.
I purchased a Huawei E5788 4G/5G Touchscreen Mobile WiFi & Powerbank. On dispatching the item WorldSIM indicated the value as £20 when the true value was in fact £329.99. Prior to purchase, I wanted an ETA as I needed this for work while traveling. I was promised it would be 2 days. I was skeptical so added some time and worked on 14 days for delivery. Because of false information on the waybill, the package was flagged by my country's customs and to cut a very long story short... 1. I waited 2 1/2 months to receive the product. 2. I eventually paid a fine of £115,23 on top of import taxes and VAT. 3. I have been flagged by my local revenue service as a person of interest for trying to evade paying taxes.
Most Concerning
1. WorldSIM ignores all my attempts to contact them.
2. I keep receiving "copy and paste" messages with their terms and conditions.
3. Lodging a complaint on their site via a ticket is useless as I never receive any response.
4. Chatting with one of their agents on their site also proves useless as they promise to forward my message to the relevant "team". I suspect this "team" is a bin as I never hear anything again.
In summary:
This is NOT about waiting 2 1/2 months. This is about:
1. You lied on your declaration to my customs!
2. This cost me money!
3. This flagged me with my government as a tax evader.
Why do I have to pay almost double for a product which is YOUR fault?
I've had a couple of reasons to contact customer services and both times they've been knowledgeable and patient with me while I got to grips things.
Easy to buy, swapped into my phone and set up without issue. Have yet to use in Italy but looks like it will be very easy!

Unfortunately i couldn't manage to have internet and i gave it up after one week as i didnt want to spend my holiday with being frustrated why iPass is not working. As you can see in the attached screenshot with good signal, iPass compatibility networks, the connection didnt happen. Finally i just ordered daily roaming data to my uae local sim.
I used an international worldsim card also for a few calls, but the call rates are far from what you are mentioning on your website. ( website says 0.9 usd from singapre to uae, but reality it was 1.37 when i made a call). The roaming calls with my uae local sim card was only 0.8 usd. ( not talking about the 'reduce roaming charges by up to 95%' slogan)
I purchased my worldsim products with high expectations, spending a lot of money for it ( 2 int sim cards /w credit, portable wifi and global wifi) but at the end they didnt support me during my travel.
Im really sorry, but im not satisfied at all with worldsim services, i will never use it again and will never recommend to anyone.

In previous trips to Europe, I used this site with minimum difficulty. This time, with a Samsung S7, the card would not work. I spent HOURS on the phone, including time once I arrived in Europe, trying to resolve the problem. The online instructions did not work, and the tech support was terrible, even at the supervisor level. None of the offered suggestions worked, and they offered the same suggestions even after I told them at the beginning of the call the things that I tried. THEY DO NOT LISTEN WELL! Asked multiple times for a refund, which I still have not received, about a month later.
Eventually, I used T-Mobile, my US based-cell service for my calls in Europe. If you can believe this, T-Mobile spent about two hours on the phone with me trying to get the World Sim card to work for me just because i was a customer. They did not sell me the card, and have nothing to do with World Sim, as far as I know.
Bottom line - AVOID WORLD SIM.
Consider T-Mobile for your cell service - they are awesome.
