Awful company. IT is a joke, reports i need to balance books wont populate. Was told to use a different browser, so the problem they thought is with chrome? Thats insane, but I did try and of course made no difference. Dashboard is clunky and hard to navigate as well

Experience with worldpay

Im a small business and when the time came up to review my processor, worldpay offered me
Quite the deal. I did not do my homweork - in several ways - first, the deals they are offering will be matched, and exceeded by many processors, so just on rates they are not to be chosen. Second, if anything flashes up in their system as a "risk" they will withhold funds and request more information - including bank statements. I never had ANY chargebacks in 10 years and my bank attested to that, yet they still wanted more information. I refused and it took me months to get my monies that they held on a "risk management" basis. The salespersn NEVER informed me of the way worldpay does business. Had i known how severe the risk management views tranactions and the needs for bank statments i would have never started to do business. I feel the salesperson fraudelent induced me to sign up - but i do not have the resources to pursue this. Literally 20 - 25 calls and emails and i did get my money - but what a waste of time. IF you are considering doing business check out the competion BEFORE you dare sign. In the end i received a much better deal from someone else. Worldpay is holding $45,000 of my business funds and this has been the worst processor experience I've ever had. I'm a small business owner and Worldpay is currently holding over $45,000 of my money. This started after just one transaction over $5,000. Since then, every transaction has been frozen with no resolution. They asked for bank statements and a patient invoice, which I submitted. Then came more demands: the patient's address, prior credit card processor statements, and other sensitive documents. I complied with every single request. Yet, I've received no funds. To make matters worse, customer service is rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that would take 48 to 72 hours. That is completely unacceptable when you're holding tens of thousands of dollars from a small business. I have now escalated this matter to my business attorney due to the financial harm and stress this has caused. I rely on every dollar to run my practice and pay my staff, and Worldpay is jeopardizing my livelihood. Avoid Worldpay at all costs. They are unprofessional, non-transparent, and completely unreliable. Small businesses should not have to fight like this to access their own money.

This company is unethical. They act nice so they can lure you in and then you can never leave and when you try to leave they're gonna you $495 without even letting you know. Avoid them at all costs. They're also not an American company

THIS ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE ever had in my entire life. NOBody can help you with anything on your account. They do not know how to even change registration status on an account. I would run if you are even thinking about using this company because they will not help you.

Back in 2013, I believe I used this company for a year or two before deciding to switch due to your high charges. For the past 10 years or so, I have been charged fees despite not processing any payments through their service. As a small business owner, I feel I have been taken advantage of, and I am requesting a refund for all the years I was charged without utilizing their payment processing services. I have not heard anything from them.

The new daily invoices and automatic charges are a nightmare.
Forget trying to reconcile your accounts, and getting your VAT right. Now you have 31 invoices instead of 1!

Worldpay is the worst card payment service company I have ever worked with. There is no Customer Service, since if you stay in line for more than 30 minutes due to waiting, eventually someone who knows nothing at all will answer and simply transfer your issue to some authorities who in turn never answer you. I just wanted to replace the email my customer was seeing on billing and this funny thing took 25 days. Finally, when their system went live they decided to hold my payments and review my company for no reason. I advise everyone not to do business with this ridiculous company

Rip Off Company

Any credit card processing company would be better than this one. Our company used Worldpay for over 15 years and then we sold our company. We did not process one credit card for five months and still paid their monthly fee. When we called to cancel their service, they said we owed them over $400.00 for a contract cancel fee. When I asked if they made any exceptions to this policy, I did not get a straight answer. My attorney is looking into it with the Ohio Attorney Generals Office. Our company did over 30 million dollars of business a year so you can imagine how much we paid them over the years.

Terrible service!

I have used worldpay for my business for 20 years. Their service used to be excellent for businesses. It seems now they are outsourcing their customer care and the agents do not speak understandably, give pat answers such as "Thank you for your patience". And do not solve the problem. It is unfortunate and a waste of time.

Worldpay have handled all our customers' credit card transactions for several years. In November they added more government checks and I duly sent off my drivers' licence to confirm my details. Then they mistakenly closed my account claiming I hadn't sent the information. After repeated calls and emails they eventually acknowledged they had received my drivers' licence and that they have the information they need. But they still haven't re-opened my business account and they seem to operate at a snail's pace. They don't answer emails. They don't take action. Meanwhile my business has lost 3 weeks of customer subscription payments, with no resolution in sight despite constantly chasing Worldpay. Be warned - if anything goes wrong, Worldpay simply don't respond. I deeply regret ever choosing them. AVOID.

Totally incompetent bunch of crooks who have no idea how much their customers rely on them. Their trust pilot reviews are fake same old layout name an employee, tell us how helpful they were and then a load more BS. Avoid at all costs

I've been with Worldpay for 8 years. I've spent hours on the phone over the past 3 weeks. They don't answer emails. They have taken money for the past 3 weeks and have not forwarded it, and today terminated my card payment machine. I have been repeatedly asked for the same information and yet each time I've phoned they claim not to have received it. The matter is now with the Due Diligence Team meanwhile my business has no means of collecting card payments. Utter disgrace, avoid at all costs

Terrible company!

My business was with this system near 20 years. They pretty expensive but worked well. But now swipe machine stop working because they push us buy new equipment. Without any notice I will lost money every day, before my new machine will be arriving.

Beware of this company. The fees are terrible, there is no customer service to help you and there is no where to call should you have a problem. If you have a complaint, you will be told that their "complaint dept will reach out to you". This will never happened. This company took money from us after the account was closed.

Their system is confusing for eg they mix up customer numbers, merchant numbers and customer ID. Getting through to a person is usually reasonably quick but their staff in the main don't have product knowledge and think that a wait of 5 minutes is acceptable. They also thnk being passed from department to department withlong waits is acceptable. Worldpay deserves the poor ratings it seems to get.
