Wordans

Bought a product from Wordans with a free pickup in their offices in Barcelona.

Offered myself on the date and timeframe communicated to me.

Employee tells me at the door, I need to come back another time because the signature person is having a pause... Get sent back on the street as there is no opportunity to wait and get the door slammed without a better solution.

Following up to get a refund on the paid package they could not hand me over during their communicated timeslot, Wordans keeps replying next to the question asked and remains responding late with no solution provided for the questions asked.

It is a shame how low the quality of the service is, seeing the apartment office and attitude of the guy at the door, this looks like a scammy company with 0 service post-sale.

Sent the wrong size item. Every time I try to contact their CS it takes an average of three days for a reply. However, I have since contacted them about my return three times recently, the last occasion was one week ago and I have not heard back. They have had my returned item for over a week and there has been no refund or communication that they have received it.

They are also refusing to answer whether they will refund shipping cost or cover shipping cost to Australia if I replace the item with the correct size. After all, it was their error sending the wrong size.

There is also no return policy on their website. This company is dodgy!

I have placed several orders through Wordans and I do love the products and the price point is beyond amazing!
I recently encountered a minor mix up with an order. Contacted customer service and had everything resolved in no time. Andre was quick to respond, polite and professional and very apologetic (although mistakes happen)! Beyond happy with my customer service experience.
I will be spreading the word!

I made an error when placing my order and was so impressed with how quickly Alejandro from Wordans helped me to correct this. He was so pleasant on the phone and promptly followed up with an email explaining the process. I emailed and within 10-15 minutes, I got a phone call from Kay Mig. That was quick. I'm a first time customer and I had a few questions. She was patient and very helpful. I'm glad I found your company. I love the free shipping at $69.

I was trying to find 100% Cotton shirts for a client. They wanted Blue. They sent me purple.
I have not information to send them back. They are still sitting in the bags.

My order of 100 shirts was shipped from 2 different warehouses and did not arrive on the specified day, and once they did I arrive it was evident why they were late. The larger portion of the shipment (I ordered 100 shirts) was in a box that was essentially missing the bottom as the tape was not on the box but inside the box and attached to one of the shirts, and the delivery driver left the box label side down to prevent the shirts from falling out. The other portion of the shipment came in a poly-envelope that looked like it had been run over a few times, and fortunately the envelope wasn't damage so that the items inside received no damage. I contacted Wordans about how my shipments arrived, and while they did respond their response seemed rather dry and canned so I wasn't too happy about it. Aside from the shipping and handling, I love the color of the shirts and the material that they are made of, and they work well for my vinyl heat press business.
