I learned about this site from tik tok lol. They have great items for a great price and good quality! I do however recommend buying in a bulk order (10+ items) to void shipping fees. The only hiccup I encountered with them is they had a glitch whereas after I placed my order they did have one of the hoodies in stock anymore but the customer service team handled the situation pretty well. I was in contact with Andre from Wordans and he 1st issued me a coupon with the value of the missing purchase but was able to accommodate me with a full refund to my account instead which was more convenient. Overall the I got the package within a week or two and everything was exactly how I wanted them!

I ended up canceling my order because I chose some of the wrong sizes so the issued me a code for a coupon to use. I didn't want the coupon anymore and asked for a full refund. I was able to receive the full refund thanks to Andre. Andre is a very polite person from Wordans who helped me greatly. He was quick, polite, and help resolve the problem for me. I wish there were more customer service representatives like him. Thank you Andre. :D

I bought t shirts, sweat pants and jackets. They are all really nice and were affordable. Good quality.

No confirmation of order received so called them Feb 1st and they emailed invoice
Using their cheap mailing service which involves UPS then delivered by post office today is February 14 and the order is still in transit.

They do not have a phone number to call and I have asked them via email where my order is several times with no response at all. 19 days to get an order that is an off the shelf item is beyond ridiculous.

Their customer reviews I have read all seem to confirm the experience I had.

I incorrectly purchased an order, hence i wanted to cancel it and receive a refund. I contacted customer service and told them the issue. I was contacted less than 12hrs, by Andre, who guaranteed my issue would be handled, and it was done right away. The communication i received from him was honest and proper. It was amazing knowing that i was backed up from my mistake and got dealt with properly. I will be shopping again.

I ordered tee shirts from Wordens website using the choices that Wordens provided to online customers. I received the wrong color tee shirts from Wordens. I tried calling and no one answered the telephone because it was after 5PM. I emailed them and identified the mistake they made and pointed out that their website had offered one color which I ordered from but that the tee shirts I received were a different color. They then went and corrected the problem (changing the color I ordered to a different color) that I pointed out on their website and made it like it was my fault in ordering the wrong color tee shirt. After four to five subsequent emails attempting to clarify what had happened, I still received no satisfaction in terms of receiving the correct color shirts that I ordered. I will not order anything from them again.
