Had an element in my Bromic heater go out that was still under warranty. After speaking with woodland direct I was unsure if I would receive a replacement. After a few weeks I did receive the replacement and also received two other replacements from another heater that had some faulty areas on both the heater elements. Therefore I was very satisfied with the overall service from both Woodland direct and Bromic as well!
I will save my thoughts about the experience until the day comes that I need to claim the Lifetime Warranty on the product I ordered. Then I can let you know about the company

Very well constructed. Only negative the instructions on how to assembly it was poor and there was no youtube video showing how to assemble it.

Chris Connell did an excellent job of helping me figure out what I needed. I received the screen, am having a little difficulty attaching the center bracket to the steel lintel, but working on it. Otherwise the product looks good.

I have two other 8' wood racks, both made by different companies neither are even close to the quality of my 16' Woodhaven.
I also like the top cover that comes with it. It makes loading the rack much easier then it is fiddling with the full covers I have on my other two wood racks. The elastic cord that secures it to the posts is hefty and seems very durable. I do recommend using bungee's with the holes that are built into the cover. It won't completely come off, but the wind can blow the flap up leaving the wood exposed. Not a problem if is secured properly, and when this happened to me I discovered the front side panel has Velcro closure points at the end so allow for easy access to your wood.
I highly recommend this rack. If you considering it you won't be disappointed. You definitely get what you pay for

I ordered two 72" rectangular/white fire pits and they arrived when they told me they would. In great condition. They are beautiful. We decided to add the glass screens after seeing that the Florida wind cut down on our fire a bit. They arrived in perfect condition and were easy to install. It blocked the wind and solved the problem. Also, the glass reflects the fire which really adds to the effect. I would highly recommend Woodland Direct.

Very happy with my experience with WoodlandDirect. I ordered a Modern Flames Redstone fireplace insert on December 16. It is a Christmas gift for my wife, but being so close to Christmas day, I was not sure I would receive it in time. Happily, I did end up receiving it a few days before Christmas.
This item contains two large sheets of glass, but due to the double packaging and styrofoam, it arrived in perfect condition. WoodlandDirect sent multiple emails to help me track the shipment. They also sent an email with links to their website, containing helpful videos on how to unpack and install the product.

Woodland did a great job of helping resolve a thermo coupler issue. Problem solved and communicated well. Sent a new thermo coupler and the gas fire logs work great.

Wood pieces were not labeled after the first few letters and the drawing was not particularly easy to follow and took a long time to work out in real life and didn't match the advertised picture of how the logs should look
