I read quite a few horrible reviews AFTER I made my order. I got pretty nervous. But, there was no need! My daughters' dresses look exactly like the photos, feel like good quality, and were fantastic prices! It arrived 8 days after I placed the order and was properly packaged. I am very happy!

I placed an order with wonderfuldress.com on 9/15/11. AFTER processing my payment hey emailed me that the dress I wanted was not available to choose a different dress. I chose different dress, and they again emailed me saying that dress was not available either. I chose yet a 3rd dress, and canceled my order for the shoes, socks and petticoat I had placed with the original order as they would not match the 3rd dress. I was told I would receive a refund once the order was complete. The dress has arrived order is complete, now they will not return my emails, nor my calls. They owe me 46.00 for the canceled items and have not refunded my money.

Was a bit warey about ordering when I read the reviews but I must say I am very pleased I did I ordered a dress for my daughter which came roughly 12 days later but unfortunately was to small so I contacted them by email they told me to return it and I would get a full refund which I did and ordered a bigger size which has arrived today so would like to say a big thank you very much and I would advise people not to believe the bad reviews

I just order 4 flower girl's dresses yesterday (3/22/12) for my wedding in June, and just today (3/23/12) I received an email from them saying that the dress I've order is out of stock, and there will be a 10 day delay due to the manufacture. I thought it's weird that they wouldn't put "out of stock" on the product, and waited til the order goes through to actually emailed the customer about it. In addition, they had stated in the emailed that I can choose a different style of dress, and they'll just credit my money towards which ever dress I choose. However, I didn't like any other dress on their site beside for the one that I had order, so I emailed them back and ask for a refund. Now, I'm just waiting to see if they are going to respond back to my emailed with an answer; I am tempted to go into my bank to just tell them that I lost my credit card, just so the payment doesn't go through. The dresses totally for all 4 is $196, and I would hate to lose this much money for something that I did not get! I feel like this site is a totally scam, and wished I would have read reviews about them before making a big purchase. Now I feel like I am dealing with a company that will not want to respond back to anything.
