I ordered 2 dresses but only received 1. Can you please tell me when i can expect the other one. I have a wedding April 1st and need it.

I placed on order on May 6th for delivery to Burin, Newfoundland. When I use the tracking number it shows that the order was delivered on May 30th however it has not been received in Newfoundland. How does shipment to Canadian locations work?
