The books l had were in excellent condition and the choice they have is amazing always pleased with what I have would recommend them to anyone who loves books

Have bought many pre-owned DVDs from Wob, and they've always been in great condition. The last set I purchased was still sealed as new! DVDs are often cheaper on their eBay listings, rather than their own website, but their recent 20% off promotion online sometimes worked out cheaper, so always worth checking. Delivery times have become much quicker lately, so you won't have long to wait for your items! All in all great!

Absolutely love wob, fantastic selection and speedy delivery! I have purchased some books for my son and it's hard to tell they are used.

Great service from this company; fast delivery, good choice, especially of books long discarded by general libraries. I love American mysteries, am devouring recently discovered Southern Sisters books by the late Anne George and loving them. Unable to access through my library. Books in reasonable condition, sensibly priced and free postage - what's not to love? Now let me get back to that murder in Alabama

I have ordered several times from WoB. My last order was placed mid October 2021 and I've still not received all the books. There was no sign on the website that I would have to pay import costs.
Customs in NL seized my books, I needed an invoice from WoB to release them. Paul from CS wrote that an invoice could only be given when the books were delivered! But if the books weren't delivered, and I needed an invoice for that! Then customs was sending them back to the UK! Further no help from customer services WoB. My order was 64 pounds, already written off my credit card so why couldn't they provide an invoice?
Received 8 of the 13 books ordered, I noticed that one book, "Help Mum from Bernadino Evaristo" cost originally 1.99 pound and I paid 2.39 pound.
I will not be ordering from WoB anymore as I received no support at all.
Very disappointing, unsubscribing now!

The bulk discounts help with costs and the service is efficient. I only recently had occasion to question the grading of an item which was sorted without any quibble so I'm happy to continue my patronage.

Excellent delivery, however DVD inner tray broken allowing disc to move freely. Just luck prevented it from being damaged.

Only just found WOB but will be re using after finding a couple of hard to find books at very reasonable prices on their site. They were posted quickly and unfortunately held up at our local depot due purely to Royal Mail problems. I emailed WOB who were very quick to respond and very helpful.

Mr Gum is an ideal gift for kids - and WOB will make sure my grandchildren get a real head start with their selection of Gum stories. The first six books will keep us all busy not just for Christmas but for the rest of the year. Top Marks to WOB

I like world of books because it is possible to buy books that are no longer being published. They are reasonably priced and arrive very quickly. I have received one book that wasn't what I would consider to be ‘very good' condition but at least it didn't smell musty! Overall, I think it's a good service and good for the environment too.

Can't fault them so far with a wide range at great prices especially with the 20% of for 3. And very speedy delivery.

The book was what I wanted for my grandchildren to read and appreciated the history of Scotland where they now live
