This company is really good at selling and claiming that returns are easy. They expect the customer to pay for the shipping even if the customer can easily drive the books to their location and save on a very expensive way to return. Just the sheer weight and volume of the books makes postage extremely expensive. Possibly just as expensive as the books were. So... customers, don't bother buying from them. If for any reason you wish to return the books, you will rather keep them then have to pay for the shipping as much or more than the cost of the book. Misleading advertising, returns are not easy. They will provide you with a return label and that is IT. Shipping back is on the customer. But you will not find that on their website. They claim that returns are very easy. No, they are not. Returns are VERY COSTLY. Shop somewhere else.

Order graphic novels, come with a black line which is fine. Wait for a sale, don't pay their full price. Delivery is solid, check stock regularly

It is rare to find good quality puzzles with Norwegian and Icelandic scenes at a price that makes them attractive. Book Outlet had the products which were of very good quality for a puzzle (easy to put together and stay together), for an outstanding price, and with fast shipping.

I paid 40% to 60% more than other used books site I've used, but the quality of the books is far far far better. Every book I received was perfect. I've seen more damage on new books in a book store!

I don't know what's the point of going to chapters or just getting books brand new if I can get books here which are literally brand new. I bought 9-10 books for the price of 2 brand new books. The stack of my books on my floor is definitely getting getting bigger than I'll ever be able to read if I keep buying books from here.

Very satisfied with the service, don,t have to leave my arm chair

The price point is good for the books but this is now the second consecutive order I have received with physical damage. This order had water damage to one book making almost all the pages wavy, stiff and stained. My previous order the hardcover spine was damaged. Last time I will order from them. Very poor customer service. I had to return the book last time on my own dime which almost cost as much as the book. Disappointing.

Instead of a week, the book came within three days!

Fast shipping and wonderful products at a great price

Some things I'd like to see:
- More French content, there's 0 competition for you guys, you can just grab the market in Quebec.
- Using quotes for search, sometimes my search is very narrow and I don't want hundreds of non-relevant items
- Add an arrival date to the list/item view, if the user is able to sort by arrival date, they should be able to see this arrival date
- Add the Publishers name to the top part, not hidden in the dropdowns, it's handy to discover more books
- Make bundles

Easy to order, very fast shipping, book is in great condition. I wish every book I want was available at Book Outlet.

Able to get books and puzzles for our family at reasonable prices

If the site carries the book you are looking for, the prices are good compared to the usual sites I shop on. (Ie: indigo, Amazon)
I had a good experience where shopping was concerned! The books I ordered arrived earlier then expected!
The only downfall was out of the 2 books I ordered, one of them was delivered in poor condition. The books were meant as gifts but I am not sure I will be gifting one as the cover is pretty scuffed up.
