Book did not arrive. They blamed the post office but would not follow up with post office and did not refund payment. Don't deal with these people.

I can't believe how amazing the service is and the standard of the books I received are near perfect.
I placed a book order and they took my money and it said I never placed an order and got no order confirmation in email! Not a happy camper!
