I did this morning email WOB my order number as requested by Rebecca. Not sure what help she is going to be, considering, that instead of waiting any longer after I discovered that my order had been cancelled by WOB, I reordered through Amazon, who also supply new or old books and had the book at a substancially cheaper price and it arrived within 48 hours of ordering...

Attempted to purchase a book for my father, they took the money and that was the last I heard off them, approx week and a half later, I contacted them to find out where the book was, only to be told they had to cancel the order since the book was out of stock. They did this without having the decency to inform me and I was then informed I would have to wait 3 - 5 days for the money to be returned to my account. Oh they did apologise for any inconvenience caused, I really could not get over this. I definitely would not recommend them, they offer items slightly cheaper, but in the long run if you don't receive them and have to re-order else where, are they really worth the effort! I was not going to write this review, but received an invite to do so from WOB and thought yes I will review what I thought of their below average service, we can all apologise, but the service offered was so poor, I felt others should be made aware of it.
I have now received confirmation from USPS that the book is to be delivered tomorrow (Monday 3/14/2022)

The dvd of s club 7 the greatest hits dvd works really good and the price was good and it took a little more time for delivery to get the dvd to me in the mail but overall the wob company was honest to me on getting back to me in a email of my delivery and I really thought that I wasn't getting of my dvd in the mail because it took longer than usual and THIS WAS MY FIRST PURCHASE FROM WOB COMPANY so WOB company was honest and truthfully to me thank you and I did receive my dvd in the mail thank you Wob company. I probably will buy something else of Wob company again.

I am really pleased I found WOB, as I was getting my books from another very well known website. So now use WOB to get my all my books as they are recycled & cheaper with free delivery. Win win. Which is much better for the environment, and they have had every book I wanted. The the delivery is a bit slower, personally I do not find this a problem. Would definitely recommend WOB it's brilliant.

World of Books is certainly a great place to buy your 2nd hand books. I am an avid book reader and always looking for something to read, new books are soo expencive to buy(i only buy my most favorite authors new) so i love to buy 2nd hand and very often the books from WOB are in very good condition and at a fraction of the price of a new book!, delivery is also very quick and a reasonable charge. I can certainly reccomend them.

My first experience of WOB wasn't perfect to be honest. Book went missing in transit. But great Customer Service dispatched another. Since then flawless! Book quality is great, pricing the best and they'll be my first port of call now for any book. Highly recommend!
