They took my order called a few days later to verify shipping address. Then It got shipped to the wrong address and I never got notified of a delivery time or date. I was just sitting in my driveway one day when I can home and the crate was all beat up and the tail light broken. My first order from them they gave shipping company wrong phone # so I had issues getting my pitbike this time wrong address. I'm not saying they are bad people but my next order will probably be from a different company.
I bought a Tao TBR7 and Carter was great, always responding to my emails promptly, guided the whole process from the sale, to the shipment, to street legal registration. Refreshing to work directly with a shop that really is invested in Customer Satisfaction. Top Notch! Attached pic of my first off road day with the bike, great quality and amazing price!
I received the Tao TBR7 as expected time wise (little over a week), the shipping Co used was great, communicative, and dropped at my home in great condition in its crate. While it doesn't come with installation instructions (torque specs anyone?), anyone familiar working on bikes will have no issues, and, fairly obvious for any newbies. This bike runs and rides great! Excellent value for the money.
5 weeks after ordering bike, finally had it delivered. Received no tracking order. After numerous e- mails, phone calls, and being told numerous times it was shipped, I finally got shipping co. Name and tracking #. Contacted shipping co. They had wrong phone #. It had been sitting in warehouse for a week. Requested MCO 3 weeks ago, and still waiting for MCO. No follow up on their part. I had to spend a lot of phone time to get my bike delivered.
Coolster M-125. Couldn't be happier, Evan was friendly and professional. Shipping company was also just as pleasant and professional, bike even came early! Waste your money and buy from the big four or save money and get a MUCH better product from these guys, you'll be glad you did!
I have tried for 2days to cancel my purchase. Can't get in contact by email. I have tried to contact them by phone. With no luck can I contact them. I even left a message on their answering machine. Still haven't made any contact... Don't get yourself in my predicament. Avoid this business
Wmsbrighton company scammed me. I waited 34 days and they never refunded me nor they shipped the scooter to my client.
They will lie to you about their honest customer support but their staff are very unpolite and arrogant.

I have to say when I first got the bike I had a little bit of shipping damage done to the right fairing it look like it rubbed on the crate and it cut into the plastic a little bit contacted them about it they immediately sent me out replacement Plastics I have read I asked if they could send The Replacements in blue and they did, the gentleman that I speak too about the bike regularly has filled me in with a lot of knowledgeable information and has been very professional and courteous towards my situation. I'm very satisfied with the bike is a nice bike for the price. Sounds good got a nice A little deep Roar. It is the Coolster M125. It is mid size. If you're expecting a small little pit bike this is not the one it's about an average 125 size almost but I love it fits in my kitchen perfect
Wholesale Motorsports offers great prices and great customer service. Carter kept in constant touch with me until my purchase was finalized. I highly recommend them.

No one answers emails. No one answers the phone. Does anybody actually work here? I get it its covid times but three months is a little excessive to wait for a $900 item purchased and no one wants to email back. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Dont let the new voicemail fool you they still dont answer the phone and they will not email you back in two days.
Ordered my son a bike back in May that showed in stock. Never received the bike and as soon as I asked for a refund they stopped responding. Doing waste your money.
These vehicles are exactly as advertised and they are quick with any issues. The shipping happened quick on my first order, hoping for the same this time.

I purchased a motorcycle on Jan 3 2020, to date. No bike, they don't respond to emails, Norton security is a joke as well. This is Feb 23. I say scam DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
This is a great company. The order went through quickly and the staff was great in making sure my daughters dirt bike made it in time for Christmas.
