My daughter and I have been shopping on Wish for a while. We've received everything we ordered, and yes, it takes time, but consider the price. So far we have been pleased with everything we've purchased! I've now bought 3 items from Wish. 2 were completely not as described. They issued full refunds without having to return the items, which I threw away. Completely unusable, and 1000% different from the images shown on their app of the items. The 3rd item i bought from them has yet to arrive 2 months later. Got most of my order after 4 months. Every single item was a total date of money. Cheaply made, poor materials. Useless. Planted seeds, they died. Magnifier, fell apart, what looked like a very pretty shirt was a cheaply made piece of crap with flower design that peels off, still have not received 2 items after 4 months. I suspected this would be a "too good to be true" operation.
Still, the allure of decent dirt cheap goods had me curious enough to give it a try. I ordered a $10 item and a month and a half later still haven't received it.
The date keeps getting pushed out by a week and the last action on the "tracking" was over a month ago.
Oh well, I pretty much knew it going in, but figured I'd give it a shot.
I'll stick with paying a few extra bucks and get shipping within the US from now on.

They may add an item not purchased and say it is your fault. I tried ordering something only to receive a reply 2 days later that it was no longer available. They issued the credit but sent me something else that I did not order... and charged my card. I am now in a drawn out battle to return the item and get the credit issued. They simple send repeated emails, obviously hoping I'll go away.
I have warned WISH. I have the time and money and it is a principle thing with me. For $35 I'll be filing in Small Claims court, just to make them now jump through my hoop.

Ordering from wish used to be better. But now I have switched to amazon mostly as they are fast and accurate. Wish is very slow and mists often than not ordered stuff never shows up. It is a big disappointment.
If you order anything from Wish and wonder why it's so cheap here's why. Everything is sent by regular mail from Asia and comes by ship. I waited three months for things I ordered on Wish. The second reason is quality. 99% of items are poorly made, low quality or fake brand name knock-offs. Anything electronic will break or stop working after several weeks. Same goes for anything ordered from Aliexpress... all late arriving junk.

I order an air fryer. Instead, I got a worthless piece of latex material shaped like a cupcake holder. It's not heatable in any way. I have no idea what its function might be but I will tell you that it is NOT what I ordered. I will dispute this charge if you don't refund our money. Bank of America will add you to their dishonest vendor watch list. I will get my money back and Wish will feedback on every review site on the web that will be negative and warn others to stay away from Wish.com.

I've ordered about 30 items. I've got 10... all broken, missing parts, etc but I'm not going to complain about that since it is cheap and from china. I would like to complain about the missing 20 items. Where are they? Who knows? I filed a fraud suit with my credit card since wish refused to refund me... either a. It was past the 30 days or b. My account wasnt in "good standing" bc i requested "too many" refunds. I was told to keep shopping to get the refunds later. It doesn't make any sense... keep shopping for items that won't come. What a scam!
I have ordered from Wish for about 2 years now and have never had a problem getting my orders even though it took two or three months to get some items. Sometimes the quality is better than expected; sometimes it looks nothing like what you ordered. Then my credit card company for the card I use for this site advised me that someone was trying to hack it. I recently asked two sellers for refunds because I had not gotten their product and one said oh yes, we'll refund it but has not, and with the other one, someone from Wish sent me a message saying I have to request a refund within 30 days of ordering even though it takes longer than that to get the item. It really doesn't matter because you will never get that refund. Order at your own risk!
Wish is a real scam. I can confirm that every time they miss a deadline they push it by two additional weeks. I have been waiting for 9 weeks now and still no news. Client service is silent. They don't want to reimburse anything. Please avoid at any cost.

I've bought from wish for a long time. Ive gotten things like shirts that are just a hunk of mesh sewed together, to all natural henna that is absolutely amazing. Look for the "official" products. Otherwise you will be disappointed
Like most online sites you win some you lost some. All together a decent site. Sometimes shipping takes a little longer than worth the "bargain" but if you don't mind waiting 2+ months for a product and are in no hurry to receive it it's a pretty good deal.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
