In spite of many bad reviews of this company I ordered some face masks which I couldn't find anywhere else. I am very happy to say that I have only praise for the company (and Australia post) in their conduct. The day after ordering I receive email from Wireless1 to say that the masks were leaving and two days later I received an update on when they would arrive which happened another day later. All within 4 days

No delivery time provided and after inqyirey answer not provided. Still
Don't have item I ordered or expectation of when it will be delivered.

Fast postage after emailing. Disappointed it was sent lose in a packaged bag/ wasn't as padded to protect expensive gear. Was sent to post office and not left on door which is a huge bonus as this was $$ gear.

Ordering and buying the item online was easy but aramex should not be used for your deliveries as it would be quicker to walk to u and pick it up yourself. As it was i only recieved the item after repeated phone calls to aramex and then going to their newcastle depot to pick it up myself

Everything from Wireless 1 was great. Email communication and even a request to confirm if delivery was successful. Aus Post delivery was slow BUT Aus Post does not reflect on my Wireless 1 experience.

It was quick & easy with no fuss. I just ordered on line and received my package within a reasonable time. I will continue to purchase from wireless 1

I'd like to use Google pay and have more information on estimated shipping times, otherwise perfect. The product arrived 1 day earlier than the delivery widow opened even which was great.

Emailed about getting order, response was quick. After receiving product and trying to setup I then found out i also required a POE++ port for power which was not included nor mentioned

Great prices and free delivery! The items I purchased were outstanding value compared to all other online sites. I could not believe how fast delivery was.

Great website, easy to navigate, fast, responsive and intuitive UX.
My parcel arrived very fast considering Xmas timing.

Negatives:
Wasn't clear on stock on hand, the implication of a promotion is that there's substantial stock.
Delivery was delayed due to receiving stock late and COVID delays.
Needs better notification in the online order to notify purchaser of any issues/delays.

Positives:
Phone came in pefect condition
Delivery was very quick once sent
Exceptional price
Customer Support was able to effectively communicate the delaying issues and gave an ETA.

I purchased a TP-link Deco AX3600. One of the X68 units was DOA. I contacted TP-link and they told me to get back to Wireless1. I sent an email to Wireless1 requesting advice on what I should do, but I have not received a reply.
I am unimpressed with a 50% failure rate, which suggests poor quality control and doesn't auger well for a long trouble free life of the equipment.

Easy to buy and delivery was on time based on last day of expected delivery date. The price is cheapest I can find for this product. The special 11% discount plus Klarna's promotion.

Competitive price + super fast delivery. I thought it is coming after Easter, but got it way before Easter.

I bought a product, i am still waiting for it to be delivered and have asked for an update which was referred to their partner warehouse without providing an expected delivery date.

If you have a faulty product they will make every excuse possible to avoid providing a refund, including lying (they ignore what the FairTrading site says a seller must do).

Ordered last week and like magic it was here on the first day of the week. Pretty impressed with the delivery and got what I asked for which is pretty great too.
