Easy to check out with lots of payment option. Staff was really friendly, I made an error with my address, email them and it was updated straight away before the package was sent. Fast delivery, the package arrived before estimated date.
Easy ordering experience, shipping was fast but they dont deliver on saturdays even with express shipping. Order confirmation didnt arrive instantly (although i did order at like 3 in the morning) but came after opening hours. Overall good experience

Did not accept Amex card although it appears on the website the option is available. Also when the password reset request was sent, received an email from securegateway (not wireless1) so had to double check to make sure the reset email was not a spam
The monitor itself is great, good strong build quality, excellent colours and picture sharpness, good response rate aswell but sadly has some pretty bad backlight bleed. I have contacted ASUS directly about this and having it looked at so hopefully it's just an individual fault and not every monitor is like this as i believe for the $700 price tage you should not get as significant light bleed as this monitor has. Other than that it's a great buy!
Although there was a delay in postage (due to AusPost) the monitors eventually arrived safely. They are exactly what we wanted and have a nice bright picture. They were easy to setup and appear perfect for the kids gaming needs.
Your website provides the option for express delivery (within 3 days). No where does it say that it takes over a week just to pick the order.
I paid additional for the express delivery expecting to have my order in 3 (or maybe 4 would be acceptable) days, when I emailed to chase up after the 5th day I was advised it hadn't been posted yet… WTF!
So for the additional expense of ‘express' delivery it took 8 days to receive my goods.
I would update your website!
Tried to pay by credit card twice but the link was broken. Then paid by PayPal. I was initially a little concerned I may get charged 3 times but I wasn't.
Wireless1 have said they will review their website.
A good experience on the fast and free delivery. However the goods were delivered into 2 batches without any customer notice, which made customer confused at the beginning. Even I asked what was happened when I received the first batch and still no one replied. I think customer services and notification should be further improved. Thanks
I placed an order and paid for express shipping two of my items were in stock and one on back order. There was no phone call or email to let me know that there would be a delay in delivery but once I called they advised someone would call me in regards to the matter but no one did 7 business days after I ordered I received my items again no apologies or no refund on the express shipping.
I purchased the express delivery option (3 day) but when it did not arrive in the time stated I contacted Wireless 1 to see when it might arrive. The reply I received was very casual (perhaps even off handed) and indicated that it might be another week and one day but if it did not arrive by then to contact them.
Obviously the person who replied took no trouble to determine when it would arrive as it arrived the next day (day 4). It is this cavalier approach that I did not like.
Other than that Wireless 1 packaged and sent the order in a timely manner.

It took longer to receive the phone than the 2 days stated. It sat in despatch until the Friday after the Tuesday that it was ordered but was received on the Monday. It's something they have to work on but, other than that, Wireless 1 were easy to deal with and the phone was as described. I'll order again if I need to.

My son saved his money doing letter box drops and used it to buy a gaming laptop, money was tight and the wireless1 website was by far the best price. We ordered on Wednesday and received the new laptop on Friday, tracking was spot on and my son could not be happier.

Wireless1 has become my go-to online shop for networking gear and some other IT stuff, they have a great range. Has things in stock and Ship quickly. Also have a good range of payment options. Hum Big things would be nice for more expensive stuff such as Laptops.
Simple web interface to navigate and order from, but I missed the discount code entry section which cost me ~$80-.
Once ordered easy to find the history of orders but to tack your order is a multiple step process rather than a single clickable link to Australia Post showing tracking results.
So not a perfect experience as everyone and every site can always be improved, looking forward to placing my next order with Wireless1 and hoping to see the incremental improvements happening.

I rang as the price on the website differed when I tried to add it to my cart. The lady was most helpful and needed to speak to someone to see what she could do. She was able to offer me a discounted price, but not as low as it was originally on the website. I know the lady who helped me did everything she could and in a very timely manner. I would have liked her supervisor to honour the price that was listed on the website.
Ordered a keyboard and website said 1-2 to despatch. Paid extra for express shipping, and waited for a confirmation email that said item shipped. 7 days later and I got sick of waiting and decided to email them. All of a sudden my item is shipped. Still waiting for it to arrive
I was warned that the packages may take longer due to postage delays, no worries. Was given tracking links. I thought it would take much longer than it did because the tracking still said "processing" when the packages turned up. Kinda pointless tracking.
