A very easy purchase process with quick delivery. Warning: This mattress is heavy, plan on having help installing it.

Purchasing process so far very good. We are still evaluating the mattress and may likely need to return.

"Ships in 7-10 days" and then ships out basically the following business day. I would have held off on ordering it if y'all were just honest.

Would have preferred that you take old bed away. But turns out trash service will do it for $10, which is great
