Faster than expected delivery and the bed is sooooooooo nice! Soft enough to feel like you're sinking in yet it is firm in all the right areas to provide excellent support. I used to always wake up with hip and shoulder pain (I'm a side sleeper) but I haven't yet had a problem on my Wink Bed!

I love the wink bed. It lets me settle into the mattress but still provides the support needed for a good night's sleep which has been difficult for me with moderate insomnia. In addition, my wife had issues with getting hot in bed and the breathability of this system alleviated this problem. It's a win-win for the both of us.
Not really much to say about my experience. I placed my order. Wink confirmed it, notified me a few days later when they shipped it, and confirmed that I received it. The last email included reminder instructions for unpacking the mattress. So far, I've had no reason to contact them.

I would like someone to contact me about my new mattress. There are inconsistencies with support throughout the mattress and it feels like there are depressions where 2 other people slept on each side and the middle is higher. I end up going to the middle and feeling more comfortable there. I sleep well with no more hip and back pain. I'm just unhappy with the depressions that I notice since I'm sensitive. I like the soft mattress but maybe mine is defective?
