I would like someone to contact me about my new mattress. There are inconsistencies with support throughout the mattress and it feels like there are depressions where 2 other people slept on each side and the middle is higher. I end up going to the middle and feeling more comfortable there. I sleep well with no more hip and back pain. I'm just unhappy with the depressions that I notice since I'm sensitive. I like the soft mattress but maybe mine is defective?

I’m having trouble finding customer service direct line. I called and an automated line asked if I want to return the mattress. I want to speak with someone first . There was no option for that.
