Great. Very happy with purchase. Bed feels hotel quality. Love that it was made to order and stoked on the lifetime warranty. This is a good company.

Good customer service so far. Still planning to follow up about torn fabric on our foundation frame. We'll see how that goes.

Placed order on Monday. Tuesday got an email it was being built. Wednesday afternoon was shipped. Friday it was here. Easy peasy!

The Lux Firm wasn't a perfect match, so I exchanged for the "Softer". So far, it's perfect. Easy and polite CS experience.

The Winkbed Plus mattress was received 8 days from the date ordered. It's a beautifully constructed mattress.

I had some questions and Robert iin customer service was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Ok experience but the specs in the mattress page doesn't say that there is latex foam in the winkbed plus.
