Absolutely seamless experience! Within a week of placing our order and very manageable box showed up on my doorstep... It's like magic watching this thing turn into a perfect deep pocket Mattress!
Couple of issues deprived the service of five stars:
1) the website did not appear to permit us to buy two mattresses in on order; and
2) there was limited clarity on when exactly the mattresses would be delivered. Perhaps we are spoiled by the standard that Amazon has established in timely delivery and in communicating their plan.
Neither we nor guests have slept on the beds, but they appear to be excellent.
I'm waiting for a bed frame from a different (local) store so I have not opened the Wink box yet.
Overall it was a fairly good purchasing experience. I had not ordered anything like that on line before and struggled a bit with the various forms, particularly where payment was concerned. I freely admit I'm not very good with computers and the internet so the problems probably lie on my side. Yet, I did get it ordered and it is here!
I found the payment form very frustrating. Spent over 2 hours and hope I finally got it all right.
Purchase and delivery went perfectly smoothly. The bed however, I don't find suits me well. I wake up with shoulder pain and it doesn't appear to be helping my back. Also the edge of the mattress is too soft for my liking. I will be returning it.

Dan likes to send alot emails with promises that aren't realistic. After breaking promise after promise, the bed finally arrived. The website looks like a page out of a magazine. In order to get an edge on the crowded space of bed in a box, Winkbed overpromises and underdelivers.
