Wink Beds

Easy to order and I like the bed. I only wish I could have tried it in a brick & mortar store before I ordered. Even though they have a great trial period, you order a lot on faith because you still have to dispose of your former mattress or hold it during the trial period.

Shipping said it would take approximately 2 business days to arrive which was a lot sooner than I expected, but the shipping label wasn't even printed until a few days after that. Bed came in in about a week or two from my order which I was more so expecting.

My partner loves the bed though.

The mattress is extremely comfortable and was actually quite easy to assemble - even for a couple in their 70's. The only thing that would have made it a perfect experience, if the removal of the old mattress was included in the price paid for the Wink Bed.

Our experience with the ordering process was mostly good. We asked a few questions of customer support before buying, and recieved prompt and helpful answers. We did not like how the shipping notification came so early, when UPS didn't even have the item yet. We would rather recieve that once the mattress had been given to the shipper. It meant several days where we wondered if there was some kind of mistake. But, it came, and it's a great mattress.

Ordering the bed was easy, but it was weird that the platform was not an easy add on purchase, we had to click off the cart and search for the platform.
All 3 items we ordered came in different days and I got different shipping reminders which was confusing, I never really knew when try bed was coming, haha.
Biggest disappointment was the mattress cover. Very plastic feeling and not breathable at all for me.

Your website is clunky and unnecessarily so. I like sleeping on the firmer mattress so far, though I wish it had better support around the edges for climbing in and out of bed. I'm decidedly dissatisfied with the quality of the $120 (?) mattress protractor and will be sending it back. The highlight of my Winkbed experience so far has been the unpacking of the mattress which is shipped compressed that makes transportation and installation s breathe.

We got off to a rocky start, but with the help of one of your customer service representative we are Extremely happy with are mattress. I'm hoping to have years of restful sleep. Kristen you represent your company well

The website is well designed and easy to navigate, so it made it pretty easy for us to pick our mattress. We called the company for a couple of questions we had and they were helpful with their answer.

Decent bed I suppose. I haven't slept on the mattress with the foundation yet as I just got the foundation after UPS lost it. I contacted customer service and they rapidly resolved the issue, so it's now fully assembled.

The mattress was supposed to be compatible with a standard metal bed frame. It is not compatible in y opinion so now I am waiting for a foundation to be delivered before I can confidently step on the bed.

Great people so far. Can't wait till it arrives. I'm like a kid in a candy store.

My wife and I have been sleeping on the bed now for two nights And so far we both love it we both have woke up refreshed and not in pain like we have previously for the last decade

I bought this mattress due to a lower back pain problem. With my old mattress my problem was clearly worsened after 5 hours of sleep, with the Winkbeds Firm mattress the pain is stable (a mattress itself won't heal your pain). I wonder if an extra-firm mattress would actually be even better for my type of problem.

The only reason I don't give give stars for my overall experience is due to the condition of the shipping box and more over due to the mattress being rolled upside-down. Otherwise all went very smooth.

Quick and simple! I ordered, applied my discount code and it shipped. It came exactly when they estimated. I will warn you, the box is HEAVY! I was able to bring it in alone, but I strongly advise you get help to move it.

I have only had one bed in my 54 years that did not hurt me and leave me stiff, sore, and with low back pain in the mornings. I now have fibromyalgia too so figured pain was just the way it was going to be for me with any mattress. This bed is absolutely awesome!

Wonderful. Very comfortable beds and easy set up. Delivery was as promised on their website. My hip and back pain has disappeared. I couldn't be happier. I will be recommending Wink mattresses to my friends and family.

The only negative I have is that it was not clear to me that the bed in the box was just dropped off on my door step. I fortunately saw the delivery person so she helped me get in the door. If not I don't think I could have it's extremely heavy. Otherwise I love the bed so far!

Very quick detailed email response. I hope the luxury firm will meet my needs for my scoliosis. Also phone response is great not much of a hold to time. The luxury firm is very firm with not a lot of padding. I had a pad from an old bed that I put on luxury firm and it's perfect. Might take it off after I get used to the firmer bed, but I don't have low beck pain either. My husband loves the softer wink bed which only gave me a slight low back pain, in the morning, I would have loved the softer bed, like sinking in a cloud but my back doesn't allow a softer bed.
