Ordered this after having to cancel another company's bed because they couldn't deliver. Winks communication was great! Emails were prompt and included relevant details so you know exactly what to expect next. Mattress arrived on schedule, per the expected delivery window, was super easy to unwrap and slept great the first night.

Experience has been great. Ordered bed. Arrived in a timely manner. Had a defect. Customer service responded right away and offered 3 solutions to correct mattress defect. I really appreciate the customer service. This is a really big purchase for us. Ordering online can be a bit of an unknow. They back their products 100%.

Seems like a good product. Hoping it lasts a bunch of years. We had a nectar all foam. It had huge canyon's in just 3 years I think. It's tough to measure the inches because the top layer foam recovers.
The lower support layer not to much. Hoping your firm spring load model will do better. Thanks for building this product we will give it a spin over the next couple of seasons and give you a holler if it seems to ware well or not so well. Best regards, lisa

The referred back pain in my hip got so extreme I had to get a steroid injection which helped but the pain was still very uncomfortable and interferred with activities of daily living. Now, after sleeping on a couch for six months, I've been sleeping in a bed for two weeks on my new Luxury Firm mattress and, so far, it's been excellent. At last I can sleep through the night, thank goodness! And fill the bird feeders. And sit long enough to drive to the grocery store and shop for a few items. Still can't walk for half a block but can walk the paths in our backyard. Although the mattress was expensive, so far, it's been worth every penny and I'll be mentioning it to my pain doctor.

So far, given we have ordered five mattresses to go to three addresses, and they are shipping in partial shipments, there has been some ambiguity, but when I go back to your original emails, I LOVE how they update real-time on shipping and I have no questions. You have an amazing logistics system worked out. Super impressed.

All around a positive experience! Everything about the process was unexpectedly quick! I haven't been able to sleep on the bed yet, so I can't comment on that yet... but I have no doubt the reviews will be just as good!

I did finally receive the bed and it is high quality and very comfortable.
The process of ordering was easy but it took awhile to get the bed and get updates--took longer than expected. The box it came in was also pretty much destroyed which might have been a UPS issue. (mattress was well packaged and without damage)

Fine bed, but heavy. Have some help to get it upstairs.
Delivery was on time, though the mattress protector came separately 3 or 4 days after the mattress, but we had to let the mattress relax anyway.
You'll have to figure out what to do with the old mattress. We found a place that recycles mattresses that took the old one for $30.00 (queen). We took it there in our pickup.

In love with my new wink bed! So comfortable and I am finally able to sleep through the night. I have a few sporting back injuries and this mattress does not hurt my back. Would recommend the luxury firm to anyone!

First impression - OK, the bed is comfortable. After the 3rd night I realized I had only changed positions 2 times. No more tossing and turning! A+ for pressure relief. For me it has the prefect amount of softness and firmness. After sleeping on it for 1 week I can say I absolutely love this mattress and talked my sister into buying one.

I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.

I love the wink bed. It lets me settle into the mattress but still provides the support needed for a good night's sleep which has been difficult for me with moderate insomnia. In addition, my wife had issues with getting hot in bed and the breathability of this system alleviated this problem. It's a win-win for the both of us.

We got our mattress in a little over a week. It is easy to set up and is very comfortable. Communication was great and we were updated regularly. Only thing I was not happy with was the deep sleep bundle being made in china.

Purchase and delivery went perfectly smoothly. The bed however, I don't find suits me well. I wake up with shoulder pain and it doesn't appear to be helping my back. Also the edge of the mattress is too soft for my liking. I will be returning it.

Easy to navigate site and find features we wanted. Plus mattress had the features we were looking for. The company kept us updated as our mattress was created and then shipped, and we received the mattress right on time. We are loving it!

Excellent customer service. I contacted them due to back problems I was having with the softer mattress that I purchased. I chose the softer mattress originally as I am a side sleeper, but it was not firm enough for my back. A few hours later my order for an exchange was processed and I was anxiously awaiting delivery. Hoping this one works out well.

Early in the process, need to make sure everything goes smoothly. I agree with this statement. It is a totally different firm mattress than the first one. It is firm, and the sides are somewhat firm as well, but I do still sink in just sitting on the edge of the bed.

Product arrived very soon after the order. Mattress is compressed and vacuum packed in plastic bag. Need to be careful when cutting off the plastic, as the mattress will pop open and fully decompress in seconds. I was almost knocked over when it popped open. Mattress was a lot firmer than I thought, based on the company description. I'm 6'7" at 280 with a bad back, and it was like laying on a hard surface with almost no give. When selecting this product, I thing the word Luxury through my off as to the comfort of the mattress. I was expecting something softer. I'm hoping I'll be able to keep this mattress after I use it for a couple of weeks.
