The service has been very good. Wine received when it was it was supposed to. However, many of the wines that we have grown to love are suddenly not currently available. They have not been available for the last 4 months. The wines currently on sale do not interest me. Therefore, we are not buying any wine at this time.

I purchase a lot of wine from many different sources including on-line and at large beverage depots. My experience is that the red wines (for the most part) are a good value for their price point and a bit better than I expected. They are decent everyday wines that you can bring out to a BBQ or have with your basic pasta or pizza. They have wines from places around the globe and some are quite interesting.
The company even ran a promotion for all wines at under $10.00/bottle and I was happy to pick up several bottles of excellent White Burgundy at a rock bottom price. I believe the Wine Insiders' customer service also tries hard to be attentive and helpful. I think it is worth you trying once to see if the wines are to your taste.

When the state closed its liquor stores, we found Wine Insiders to provide supplies for the long haul. The selection is good, many varieties from the worlds wine regions. They specialize in good value for price. We tried both whites and reds and have found all selections to be good and some exceptional. For me, Wine Insiders stands out among the endless online wine purchase offers, in part, because there is no need to join a club and free shipping is usually available. With many other wine sellers shipping can be costly and joining a club is just another thing to add to the "manage this" list. Also, WI pricing is reasonable, the website works great, and many of the wines are pretty good too for the price. I can't think of a reason not to include Wine Insiders in your wine buying options.

I love this site for buying wine. It's not a club where you have to buy wine a few times a year. You only buy when and how much you want. They have great prices, the wine is always good and it's delivered to your home within a couple of days. Delivery is always free if you buy a certain amount-usually at least 6 bottleS but sometimes 12. It depends on the deals and prices of the wine.

I can't even remember how and why I 'discovered' Wine Insiders a while ago, but I am so glad I did! I have tasted some really delicious bottles, and my next door neightbor, in this time of Covid, is particularly happy to come share some 'wine-time' as her son had named it. I particularly enjoyed the tours and descriptions of some of the vineyards this spring, and tasting their products. As a member eight or nine years I have received not only excellent service, but really good wines. They have a varied selection of wines with different price points, including some excellent wines with a fair price. During the time I've been with Wine Insiders, I had two problems, both resolved to my satisfaction. One, an incorrect wine; and second, a wine that was bad. Both situations were handled with courtesy and backing their guarantee. A non wine related problem was a promise to give a monetary credit for future purchases upon recommending new customers. I have recommended 7 or 8 friends and not only did I not get credit but they were never contacted. Poor customer relations to say the least. They still get five stars.

I was hesitant to order wine on-line since I had a bad experience with a wine club in the past. This is not a club. There were no commitments or membership fees. Good wines at great prices. Grab a sale every now and then. The selection's not enormous but it's good, and the wines are good and good values.
If they read this, I'd love it if they had a few more cheap porch-pounding whites and/or vinho verde for summer quaffing. But their good reds are really great deals.
