Wine with dinner is a regular event. Box wine, while acceptable, just doesn't strike the correct note. Wine Insider's wines are always as good as the best box wines and have that added benefit of the unique differences that come from the regions of production and the variety of grapes. In multiple orders never a bad bottle, always a good value, shipping and packing is perfect and very fast. Can't comment about their customer service since I have never had any reason to utilize it.
We have been an avid user of Wine Insiders. The selection of reds, whites and sparkling is extremely robust. My family have enjoyed all of the wines and we make it a point to try many different labels. I have been very impressed with range of wines, but at fantastic prices as well. We are always excited when the box arrives with our wine.

Prices are more than reasonable, free shipping on 6+ bottles and its to your door in just a few days. If you don't like any of the bottles (which is very rare for me), they will refund or replace with an equivalent bottle of choice. I've been ordering from WI for years... no complaints!

I love wine, especially red. I live in PA where the stores are state run. Therefore the selection is limited, even in the premium stores. I try to keep away from California wines because they make me feel ill the next day. Wine Insiders gives me a chance to get a case of wine, with just European selections, delivered to my house. No carrying heavy clanking bottles. Delivered quickly. My only "gripes" for lack of a better term, would be the occasional bottle that did not sit well with my palette. I rely on the company to suss out the best tasting wines, so it is shocking when one comes that is tart and not full bodied. Then again, maybe I chose poorly and did not understand the description? Either way, with other bottles being fantastic i just expect them all to be winners. But at the price I've paid, I chalk it up to inexpensively trying something new. I will keep using this service and recommending to others

We've ordered from Wine Insiders several times over the past 4 years and have always enjoyed the wine we received. It's a great way to stock up before the holidays or a party or to just try some wines you won't find locally. Recently we took advantage of one of their mystery wine boxes. We ordered a mystery red pack, but somehow there was a mix up on the order and we instead received a box of all white wines. We immediately called and the customer service rep we spoke with quickly reviewed our order and sent a replacement shipment of red wines and told us to just keep the box of whites. In all the years we have used them this was the only error and we were impressed with how quickly it was corrected for us. I recommend their website to all my wine loving friends.

During this pandemic, in which people have been staying home, having a company that delivers great wine at great prices is a godsend. The website is easy to use and navigate. Their descriptions are pretty accurate. They have a good selection of different varietals from around the world. Their sales are tremendous. And it comes to your door. Pick what you or want or experiment with mixed cases sight unseen. I've been pleasantly surprised. The percentage of wines I didn't like were at under 5%, which is better odds than I get when I go to store and try new bottles. I recommend them!

For guys like me who like wines over a broad spectrum, and care about not getting bad stuff more than trying to find that exquisite far out vintage stuff for the snobs, Wine Insiders is a great merchant to use. Moreover, my frugal self gets satisfied with their pricing systems. Getting it delivered to your door is a plus as well. However, I had to invest in a dolly to carry these 15 bottle boxes inside. Wine can be heavy!

I love this business! I've been able to stock up on reasonably priced bubbly while in quarantine... and their mixed bottle deal is how I keep my wine rack stocked. Nothing fancy, but fun to try all the different types and have it all delivered for free! (certain offers!) Highly recommend! All the wines have been screened by their tasters so there is no worry on any selections. Like the variety of wine that you can't get otherwise at your local store so it's fun to try different selections, even the "mystery case". Shipping is efficient and Fedex will drop at a local pharmacy or other retailer to pick up when it's convenient [needs signed for].

Been ordering wines for a few years from Wine Insider. They offer a great selection at good prices and have fantastic sales & even offer free gifts with purchase on occasion.
