I was referred to them by Groupon and tried their Red Wine sampler offer. First they slam you with an extremely high shipping price, then they take forever to send you the wrong bottles of no-name wines. In my selection there were 4 whites which I did not order and all the red were duplicates of another. So, I made this known and "Philip H." took my "case". His "solution" was to get me a credit on my next order. Seriously? How would this condescending twat think I'll ever order from them again? So I donated the whole shipment to the homeless so they will have a great New Years part. Horrible. Stay away - I wish I could warn more people.

Originally ordered wine on 4/24. This was after the company revoked my original order calling it a 'glitch'. I agree with other reviewers that this felt very much like a bait and switch gimmick to get addition customers. I've emailed the company asking for some sort of ETA on my reorder but to this date I've not received any information. They have promised tracking numbers on at least two occasions but never delivered on these promises. The company has been responsive to emails but not really given any tangible resolutions. Fairly disappointing experience.

There are wine stores and many wine clubs. None of them beat Wine Insiders. I've been a customer for many years and I exclusively buy my wine here. I have ordered wine from Wine Insiders, using a Groupon, and both purchases resulted in many bottles of delicious red wine. Having had mixed results from trying to get wines at a wine store soured me on drinking wine for a while, until I found Wine Insiders. Their wines are well chosen, in ways that suit my taste.
I had one experience with their customer service, and they responded promptly, cheerfully, and accurately in the resolution of the issue I was having redeeming the Groupon.
Yes, during the pandemic, delivery times were longer than what they are accustomed to do, (due to increased demand) but they were forecast by the company, and I knew what was going to happen - no disappointment at all.

I've been using wine insiders for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed. Sure, some wine is not of my liking, but for the most part every bottle has been good. I use the one's I don't like as gifts. Price is my reason for buying these wines, and I repeat the purchase as my supply gets low. My rack holds 24 bottles and I keep it fully stocked. I drink mostly red wine so I can't comment on the whites. When we did a lot of cruising, I sometimes brought a couple from my collection. I also bought bottles on board for $40.00 and they were not even as good as the $8.99 wines I got from Wine Insider. That is why I stick with them as I can't find better wines at those prices.

Wine with dinner is a regular event. Box wine, while acceptable, just doesn't strike the correct note. Wine Insider's wines are always as good as the best box wines and have that added benefit of the unique differences that come from the regions of production and the variety of grapes. In multiple orders never a bad bottle, always a good value, shipping and packing is perfect and very fast. Can't comment about their customer service since I have never had any reason to utilize it.

Prices are more than reasonable, free shipping on 6+ bottles and its to your door in just a few days. If you don't like any of the bottles (which is very rare for me), they will refund or replace with an equivalent bottle of choice. I've been ordering from WI for years... no complaints!
