This is the rudest company that I have ever had the mis-pleasure of dealing with? They are unceremoniously arrogant, unfriendly and hostile? Equally distastefully matched with the poor delivery performance, that incidentally tacks on excessive (rip off) delivery costs, so much for (free delivery) Fair warning, Totally inflexible after charges are confirmed, this is not the place to visit for a happy, stress-free customer driven experience, disingenuous of the attractive lure of its online ad. The gift kit is of inferior quality, looking nothing like the ad, totally embarrassing as a gift, so don't expect a thank you from the recipient, I know I wont.
I've been pleasantly surprised with my wine purchases through this company! I have had other wines from different companies for at least twice the costs. Most of my selections have been very tasty and affordable.

I was referred to Wine Insiders by a friend. The original case ordered using groupon was the most complicated, but afterwards it was quick and easy. I can even pick up at a FedEx drop after work so I do not need to be home for signing. I like to try new wines and share with friends. There are favorites I reorder. I have been mostly satisfied with the wine I have purchased. The pricing was excellent, if you don't want to spend a lot of money. Some has been excellent; most average but acceptable, and a few, real stinkers. Oh, well, as they say, you get what you pay for. I have a weakness for French wine, and they've got that galore, but most of it, I notice, is from Bordeaux, which is famous for its cheap, mass-produced product (intended years ago for the British market, I believe). That doesn't mean it's all bad, though. Some were fabulous. Service was excellent, delivery fast, and I will order again. (BTW, where are those coupons? I haven't seen any!) Also, throw us a burgundy once in a while!

I have ordered wine from this company 3-4 times and each time was very happy with my purchase. I was able to easily select a nice variety of wines at very reasonable prices, thanks to the detailed descriptions and customer reviews about each wine. Also, I could choose to have the wine shipped for free to my door, or to a nearby fedex location to be held for up to five days. I decided to have my wine shipped to the Walgreens by my house, which has a fedex counter, so I didn't need to be concerned about being home when the wine arrived. These wine shipments require an adult signature. I have also received nice little gifts (wine openers and such) for special wine promotions. I also like that I am given updates about the wine shipment, and the whole process is very easy and smooth.

Tried some of the other clubs and always returned to them for their quick service, best selection and for being the fairest in pricing (usually the best price). Customer service is outstanding should a problem come up it's easily taken care of. No monthly charges, hidden costs or unwanted delivery orders. Only pay for what you want when you want it. They have numerous sales and unlike other wine clubs they apply over their entire stock which is substantial. Give them a try and you too will be long term customer.

Heavily discounted online wine comes at a cost while the wine itself is mediocre (no high-end wines to choose from). Don't advertise on amex offers if it means the offer isn't better than the discount already existing on the site. Cringe advertising model.
Their one commendable feature is their email support service.

OK... so it was bound to happen. After years of ordering a case every few months (many I give away as gifts so don't worry about me) I got my first bottle that was well. Just not great. So I called customer service. The young lady pointed out that I had two bottles that were the same and she cheerfully gave me a credit for both. No hassles... just the opposite. Have used Wine Insiders for about a year.
