Wilshire Wigs

The variety and quality at Wilshire Wigs is astounding! They've made my journey with hair loss so much more manageable helping me feel stylish and comfortable.

I ve been a customer of WW for a number of years. We went in a week ago to find that my stylist and half the staff are gone. WTH happened? If anyone out there knows where Jeannette (the stylist) went please let me know.

I can't praise Wilshire Wigs enough! I was struggling with my self-image after starting chemotherapy but their beautiful high-quality wigs gave me a confidence boost that made all the difference.

This past year I ordered 2 of the same style I had ordered in the past. When they arrived I realized the color was not going to work so I packed them up and returned them for an exchange. After waiting a couple weeks I tried to reach customer service to no avail. I could not get a return call and no one answered. I wrote them and sent an inquiry to BBB. It is now almost s year later and I am out over 200.00. I woill NEVER use Wiltshire Wigs again. Beware

I really like their selection of wigs. They have a great variety to choose from. They have nicer more expensive wigs as well as cheaper and more affordable wigs. I am very happy that I discovered this website.

Wilshire Wigs is an absolute godsend! I've been struggling with hair loss due to my chemotherapy treatments but the wonderful people at Wilshire made me feel absolutely beautiful with their wide array of wigs. The quality is superb!

I felt so nervous about buying my first wig but the staff at Wilshire Wigs put me at ease. The quality of their wigs is phenomenal and they have made this tough journey a bit brighter.

9 days after placing order and receivng order confirmation, nothing. I called left msg 2 times. I emailed 3 times. Nothing. I advised would dispute credit card if no response and nothing.

Site says ship most same day and as much as 3 days. Will contact if delayed beyond that. Says responses to emails within 1 business day.

Just bad.

I recently ordered a wig that was on clearance. Upon receiving the wig it was the wrong color and did appear to have been previously worn. The wig was matted. Since it was a clearance wig still priced at $79.00 it was a ripoff. These pictures are the wig right out of the box.

Navigating hair loss is hard but Wilshire Wigs has made it so much easier. Their compassionate service and high-quality wigs have been essential in my journey towards feeling like myself again...

They don't even deserve one star. Their customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. I have called five times in the last 90 minutes and still only got the answering machine. I decided to telephone after my four emails, spaced out over two weeks, went unanswered. I returned a wig by registered mail to be sure that it arrived and had to be signed for. It arrived in their hands on June 1. As of today, June 28, my account has not been credited. Beware.

Losing hair due to health reasons is tough but Wilshire Wigs has helped me regain my confidence. Their wigs are made of top-notch quality material and are unbelievably comfortable.

As a woman dealing with alopecia it can be quite difficult to maintain confidence. However Wilshire Wigs has provided me with such an empowering experience. Their selections are stunning and their customer service is unmatched!

I was devastated when I started losing my hair because of my illness but finding Wilshire Wigs turned everything around. The quality of their wigs is exceptional and their staff is incredibly kind and supportive.

Wilshire Wigs has been a beacon of hope for me during a challenging time. They made the process of choosing a wig enjoyable and empowering instead of stressful.

I can't thank Wilshire Wigs enough for their wonderful selection and understanding service. They've truly helped me feel beautiful again despite my medical condition.

I have been purchasing wigs from Wilshire Wigs for 25-30 years and have never had a problem. And I will continue to purchase from them in the future…

I am thankful that I actually had a good experience with this business. I ordered wigs that were apparently back-ordered. I think it is great that they were proactive and credited my account immediately, suggesting that I re-order in a couple months when they are available. I respect their honesty.

Wilshire has very poor customer service in my opinion. They only have an answering machine and then it takes awhile before anyone calls back. I missed one call by a minute and called them right back. No one has returned my call. When I tried to print out the return slip it said that there was no order by that number. I shipped my wig back with a letter and am waiting for someone in customer service to call me back. Don't expect much if you need to send a wig back. In my experience they have bad, bad, bad customer service!

Wonderful experience with customer service. Brandon one of the Customer service representative was fabulous he actually contacted me twice and help me solve a problem with my order. I've never had nothing but excellent customer service with this company. Many thanks to Brandon

Wilshire Wigs has a great selection. I was able to find a great wig from Envy. It arrived to me in about 4 days.

I bought a wig, wasn't right for me, returned it the next day, they received it on 3/10 and it's now 3/24 and no word they are processing it. I've called 3x's and left msgs, sent an email but still have not had a response. If this is how they treat their customers, how can they expect you to keep buying from them.

I have ordered 2 different times from here. I received my pieces in a decent amount of time. I've had to call them with questions and they were very helpful. Glad I ordered before I read the reviews or I may not have ordered. So sorry these people had such bad luck. I actually had a very good experience
