I received a faulty item from Wilko over 2 months ago. I still do not have any resolution or a refund. I arranged for the large item to be collected several times and no courier showed for the collection. Each customer service agent is different and therefore has no record of the previous emails sent. Wilko seem to use third party companies for large items and third party companies for their carrier service so again the communication and resolution will never happen as it seems not only do they have bd communication with their customers but also their partner companies. Absolutely shocked that they have not been able to come to a resolution after 2 months!
I have been trying to get a refund for a faulty item. Customer Service is appalling. They offered me £10 to go away and get it repaired! Their policy states that they offer free returns and a full refund. Oh no they don't!
I've placed orders quite a few times for store collection as the items were sold out or were not available in store.
Every time the orders were well packed ad never been any damages.
A member of staff will give you a call when the order is ready for you to pick up.
I bought a lovely Red Microwave from Wilko - a shop that I trusted. The problem was that all the instructions next to each button came off when cleaned. They told me that it had not happened before. My biggest problem is that they wanted me to return it, but being an older person and on my own I am unable to carry this heavy item into the shop. They said that if I return it into the shop they will help me. So... now what? They would not help me in any other way. It was bring it back or tough. In my experience in customer service - it is much better to resolve a problem for a good customer that to leave it unresolved as now I am upset and of course tell people of my experience. It could have been sorted out at a very small cost - much better for Wilko as now they have bad reviews no only here but to my friends and associates. NOT SMART MARKETING! For me - I have pieces of paper stuck on the side to remind me of what all the operation buttons are for :(
I received a wonderful service from Gurpreet and Michelle of the one stop branch in Birmingham, they were both very helpful. I am unable to get you the proof of purchase as I do not have the ability to copy my receipt
Nice to see the Wilko dc2 magor supervisors and managers running scared now...
As they've set up the Facebook Wilko page just so they can control who and what is said as they don't want negativity on there wonder why...

Love shopping here as they have way more selection of products especialy cat food and prices are great also never have any issues and they always have every item you order which is good considering the big time supermarkets seem to let me down alot with that, they have so much good stuff i recomend checking it out 100% they also have buy now pay later which is seriously helpful
Went into wilkos banbury was looking at fans asked a lady for help she turned round grunted,didn't want to help at all very rude,lady very dark short hair,glasses,middle aged,and not helpful at all
We were very impressed by Wilco in Woking the shop was really clean and found everything we were looking for and at a good price.
