Our pool will not be installed until Feb 2023, but we are ready for it! We purchased the umbrella/volleyball pole holder assembly and are pleased with the product received. They appear to be sturdy and good quality pvc material. Easy to order and received quickly. Bonus points for being made in the USA! Will do my best to follow-up with a installed review next year.

Initially, I was scared to order from an online store. The piece we needed was $200 cheaper than anywhere else, so I was worried that there might be a catch for such a great discount. Great quality. Easy to use. Works great! Highly recommend to anyone needing to removing superficial stains. It allows the acid the flow directly on the stain slowly removing the surface layers. Took 5 minutes to remove 2 baseball sized stains on a pebble tech pool. These were light stains but this tool works awesome on heave stains Ex: bottle caps, nails, Bobby pins that get in the pool and leave a heavy rust stain.

Had my pool co. Start up my inground pool and informed me the backwash valve needed to be replaced with a new system as my existing one is obsolete. They wanted $2300 to replace. It took my wife 3 min to find the replacement part on your site. 5 minutes and $120 later my pump was running without any leaks! Thank god your parts were available! Saved me a bunch of money! Sad the pool company couldn't or wouldn't have given me the same option to repair rather than replace. Thank you for easy ordering and fast shipping.

Bought an in. Clear start-up kit, and was emailed several days later saying the kit was discontinued; however, as I write this review it still says it is in-stock. They offered to sell me the individual items from the kit which added $113 worth of cost. I originally paid for expedited shipping and processing so that I could install it the following weekend but due to their customer service not answering emails in a timely manner it did not ship till very late in the week and I did not receive everything till the following week.

As a pool and spa technician I do most of the purchasing for my company. I have been using Wild West Pool Supplies for a year. These guys are great! Fulfillment is fast and I always get what I ordered. Rarely, if they cannot fill an order, I will get a next day call or email offering an alternative product or, a refund. I have shopped many online companies, and most are good... but these guys are great!

Great price, shipped fast, extremely happy. This filter was not common and ordering through this site saved us over $100 compared to the stores in our area.

Order process was easy. Right part was ordered and right part came. Took a week order to arrival. I did not pay for quick shipping but would have preferred a couple days order to arrival. For $10 shipping for a super small light weight item I would prefer days over a week but I knew what I was getting. Price was about same or a little less but not as cheap as I hoped for. I picked Wild West because I used them once before and the item came then too.

I ordered female ladder bumpers and Got 3/4 inch ball valve I'm trying to reach somebody to get me a refund and ask them what to do with this part I don't need …. No response!

Finally reached some one they gave me a full refund and did not require me to return the wrong parts rec'd which was great! I had already found correct parts elsewhere.

I ordered a Spa motor. Turned out the style motor I ordered was no longer produced. Wild West quickly contacted me with an option. The option was more expensive but still the best price compared to all other dealers. I paid the extra and the motor showed up in a timely matter. The motor fit perfect and works as expected.

The part was correct, which is the main thing. Wild West had by far the best price. I paid extra for express shipping but was a little disappointed in the delivery speed of just over a week. I will certainly look to Wild West for my future spa needs.

Wild West pool supplies had the best prices on my choice of spa chemicals. Shipping was prompt and pretty reasonable. They offered a discount for a first time buyer, too.

Parts were exactly what I ordered for my Hayward Pro Series pool filter. Top mount valve installed and working as good as new.

Bad company. They won't refund on returns even when you pay the shipping and get a RMA.
They make up excuses.

I thoroughly looked through to see how many plugs came with the order "bag" was mentioned but received 1 plug. Shipping cost is terrible.

Ordered a pentair product 1/17. They take the money out of my account and then say not in stock price may go up. I let them no by taking my money that is a contract between us for that product at that price. They give me an invoice paid waiting for product. Today was the time frame they gave me for back in stock. Emailed and asked Russel. He said even though the website says in stock it is not. I have my husband call. They answer yup 25 in stock. He said we will be down to pick up and she states you have to order on line. He gives her the order number number and she starts blabbering lies. My complaint was the 10th this year with the BBB. The have complaints against the same thing. They carry stock and lie they don't and have no control. Now Russel is ignoring me via email and I am reviewing where I can. Liars in business need to stop doing business.

Found what I needed, placed the order and received the parts within a week. Very pleased.

Found these nice jet nozzle replacements for my ancient Swirlway tub at Wild West. Now my bathroom remodel is complete! Cheaper and faster shipping than you-know-who. Wild West'll git 'er done, partner!

When I received the board, the corner of it was broken off. I ended up installing it, and it works just fine though. *******399

Parts arrived quickly and worked out great. We have an above ground pool with wedding cake steps that the plastic mount around the handrail had weakend and cracked. The Perma-cast Aluminum Slide Flange was a perfect fit and now everything is safe and sturdy again.

Thank you for carrying parts for older pool equipment. The only miss was a live person to help me verify item was available and took days more without a phone contact. Item arrived as requested.
