I received the filter. I tried the filter. The filter was bypassing media. Checked filter openings. One end was 3.002" the other was 3.062". The 3.062" was letting the media back into the pool? I checked the mating parts in my filter they were 3.005" at both ends.
Ordered some skimmer covers, completed and paid for purchase. The day after received an email stating their supplier was charging them an extra $10 in shipping and they were a small company and needed to charge me the extra $10 in shipping to process the order. It was only a $40 order and instead of having a repeat customer and just eating the extra cost they decided to try to upcharge the order which means i wont be buying from them now or in the future.
Also two things... they must not stock what they sell which means you can shop and likely find it cheaper and secondly you can't trust what your final order charge is as they will come back and ask for more money.
Disappointing that this business continuously lists products "in stock" on their website, then after placing an order they inform you that they just ran out. They don't update their website to reflect out of stock items. Co-founder is aware and is not responsive to fixing this issue along with discount codes that don't work.
I ordered #500-57 you claimed was out of stock... And that the replacement you sent was $33 more which I paid I've opened the box and it is nothing like the one I originally ordered and will not work with my system highly upset because needed the work done and arranged to have it done this weekend and cannot be done

The skimmer door was just what I needed and I fixed it within 30 minutes. It is a Hayward genuine part, Hayward SP 1070. Thank you so much for having what I needed.
Plumbed up the pump and filter. Turned on and had a drip at the connection pump side. Turned off and reset got the leake to stop. Ran overnight. The next morning had a spray from under the collar. Never could get it to stop. Tried tape, no tape, loosened a bit, tightened. Still had a sizable leak.

Good products, but be careful what you are ordering. I didn't get good guidance from them on ordering a product and turned out was wrong. Had to pay shipping on purchase, again on the return and again on ordering the right item.
Ordered a pentair product 1/17. They take the money out of my account and then say not in stock price may go up. I let them no by taking my money that is a contract between us for that product at that price. They give me an invoice paid waiting for product. Today was the time frame they gave me for back in stock. Emailed and asked Russel. He said even though the website says in stock it is not. I have my husband call. They answer yup 25 in stock. He said we will be down to pick up and she states you have to order on line. He gives her the order number number and she starts blabbering lies. My complaint was the 10th this year with the BBB. The have complaints against the same thing. They carry stock and lie they don't and have no control. Now Russel is ignoring me via email and I am reviewing where I can. Liars in business need to stop doing business.

I ordered a part claimed as "In Stock and Ready to Ship!" and the part would ship that day according to the site.
After 2 days without any kind of shipping or tracking information from the seller, I contacted them via email.
No response, but later that day I got a refund.
No explanation whatsoever.
Based on my experience, I'm highly skeptical of the positive reviews for this company.
My advice? Go somewhere else.
Initially, I was scared to order from an online store. The piece we needed was $200 cheaper than anywhere else, so I was worried that there might be a catch for such a great discount. Our transaction with Wild West Pool Supplies was an absolutely smooth and perfect transaction! The product works perfectly! We will only be buying from this amazing company from here on out! They really are the best!
I ordered female ladder bumpers and Got 3/4 inch ball valve I'm trying to reach somebody to get me a refund and ask them what to do with this part I don't need …. No response!
Finally reached some one they gave me a full refund and did not require me to return the wrong parts rec'd which was great! I had already found correct parts elsewhere.

Bought an in. Clear start-up kit, and was emailed several days later saying the kit was discontinued; however, as I write this review it still says it is in-stock. They offered to sell me the individual items from the kit which added $113 worth of cost. I originally paid for expedited shipping and processing so that I could install it the following weekend but due to their customer service not answering emails in a timely manner it did not ship till very late in the week and I did not receive everything till the following week.
Supplier confirmed my order and then after 2 days cancelled it. Provide no good reason why for the cancellation. Don't believe that it is "in stock" until it ships and in the hands of UPS or FedEx. Unreliable.
Buyer beware! Takes your order… tells you your item is out of stock and the replacement is more money. Then proceeds to not respond to your emails and refuse to send you the product you ordered. Absolute scam and I would never consider ordering anything from this site. Just flush your money down the toilet and save the time. BTW I did try the chat they also gave me a line of bull saying their was a glitch in the system. Good luck if you have something on order!
Hi Josh! I do sincerely apologize for the issue here. We pull our inventory information in across the 5 largest distributors in the United States. We do occasionally experience issues with this, as you can imagine (it's about 98.5% accurate).

I should give one star or no star for my experience, but because they correct their deceptive practice I give two stars. They did this to me twice. They post the note on the Waterway filter that it's in stock and ready to ship just to send me next day the email it ran out of stock and it will be available in 3-5 weeks. After I responded to cancel my order they refunded my PayPal payment. They take the payment right away even if they know they won't be able to fulfill the order. I don't understand this practice, but have to appreciate they make no problem with the refund and it's done promptly. That's why two stars.
Great quality. Easy to use. Works great! Highly recommend to anyone needing to removing superficial stains. It allows the acid the flow directly on the stain slowly removing the surface layers. Took 5 minutes to remove 2 baseball sized stains on a pebble tech pool. These were light stains but this tool works awesome on heave stains Ex: bottle caps, nails, Bobby pins that get in the pool and leave a heavy rust stain.
Our pool will not be installed until Feb 2023, but we are ready for it! We purchased the umbrella/volleyball pole holder assembly and are pleased with the product received. They appear to be sturdy and good quality pvc material. Easy to order and received quickly. Bonus points for being made in the USA! Will do my best to follow-up with a installed review next year.
They got good reviews and decent prices however the part I ordered showed on the website that it was in stock and would ship within 3-5 days. I get an email from Mary M that says sorry the part you ordered is no longer in stock, is will now be 3-5 weeks "Prices subject to Change" and they included a link to the product I purchased. I clicked on the link and it still shows in stock. Sorry not a good 1st impression.

Occasionally we do see popular parts sell out in between the time inventory is checked in the morning and when the order is placed. Unfortunately as you can imagine, the global supply chain issues of the past two years have made the management of inventory extremely challenging.
That said, you are absolutely correct, we need to do better. Our team is working HARD on this issue; we hope to have near 100% accuracy live within the next few months. And we are ALWAYS happy to double-check inventory directly ahead of order placement if that is helpful!
I paid for expedited shipping only to be told that they made a mistake on the cost of shipping. If I still wanted the product it would be an additional $8 to receive it. I had a down pool filter and had no choice. It still took another day for them to charge me the 8 bucks extra. So here I am 3 days later before my "expedited" items even shipped. It's not about the 8 bucks even though I find it a little ridiculous for a company to go back after they have accepted an order and charged a customer. It's the amount of time it took to resolve an expedited item while a customer has a system that is down waiting for the part.

Two times now (thinking the first time was an honest mistake) ordering hard to find parts they sold me items they never had. After listing as available, taking payment info, saying order is placed, even excepting an extra cost for shipping... the next day both times I get an Email saying they don't have it & wait for 2 to 3 months at a possible higher cost or get refunded within a week (at their convenience) BS business practice. Never again
