Parts arrived quickly and worked out great. We have an above ground pool with wedding cake steps that the plastic mount around the handrail had weakend and cracked. The Perma-cast Aluminum Slide Flange was a perfect fit and now everything is safe and sturdy again.

As a pool and spa technician I do most of the purchasing for my company. I have been using Wild West Pool Supplies for a year. These guys are great! Fulfillment is fast and I always get what I ordered. Rarely, if they cannot fill an order, I will get a next day call or email offering an alternative product or, a refund. I have shopped many online companies, and most are good... but these guys are great!

Good products but very hard to communicate with since they have no phone/text support and only use email.
This added almost a weeks time to get my order. They were out of stock of what I wanted (although the website said they had it) and we needed to work out a replacement and since it takes them at least a day to answer the emails it was quite inefficient. The issue could have been handled in 2 minutes with a phone call.

The product came in on time, but it was broken. Customer service is hard to reach as they don't have a phone number to call on their website. Customer Service is helping me rectify the issue, but it was shipped by another company and they are communicating with the other company to rectify. I was hoping they could just ship me a new part, but they need pics and to talk to the other business. Hopefully this gets solved soon.

The ordering process was fast and easy however, I hadn't received my order after a few weeks and attempts to contact customer service went unanswered. Could be supply chain issues but who knows? All-in-all, 2-stars because ordering should be easy. The customer service aspect is what separates the truly outstanding companies from the average ones.

We were able to find replacement parts for our Zodiac Leaf Catcher on your website. The price was reasonable. The parts arrived earlier than expected and were exactly what we ordered. We will be doing business with again. Thank you.

I ordered a Spa motor. Turned out the style motor I ordered was no longer produced. Wild West quickly contacted me with an option. The option was more expensive but still the best price compared to all other dealers. I paid the extra and the motor showed up in a timely matter. The motor fit perfect and works as expected.

We have an old Clayton-Lambert pool, and it can be a challenge to find replacement baskets - your local store definitely will not have them! The basket was exactly what we needed, and it was delivered on time. We are so grateful for having our part and the great service.

I ordered a spa filter which ended up being out of stock. I got an email right away and an offer for a different filter. Sucks that it was $10 more but glad for all the prompt communication.

Prices were good delivery was fast very happy with wild west pool supply. Products weren't counterfeit which you see a lot of in the pool business for whatever reason like fake scum bugs different packaging chlorine then what you purchased so very happy I could trust ton them to deliver.

Although a few places sell specialty parts, the costs even on Amazon are ridiculous. My pool has older plumbing being built in the late 70s or early 80's and plumbing parts are a pain to find, specifically return jets, to the point I was even building my own. The standard generic jet from CMP is okay, but I wanted flow restriction options. Pentair makes a part but its like $13 - $19 each plus shipping from other resellers including Amazon. I went google shopping and found Wild West to have the best price, event with the shipping costs. Shipping was super fast, my parts arrived days before I expected them. I normally only order from distributors and resellers located in Florida, since we have many here and shipping is usually quicker since I'm still paying tax either way and to support our economy. However, since they are drop shipping many of these parts direct from manufacturer it did not make a difference in shipping time.

3 weeks ago my 2 year old Hot Tub heater terminal connection overheated and burned the connection and a big hole in circuit board, OUCH! Local Techs wanted way over $2 grand to repair and replace parts which they said are way back ordered due to COVID! Then I found Wild West Pools... they had the means to find me an updated system computer board and heater, plus with Wi-fi. It was here within a week! A few days later, after a very easy installation with perfect instructions in kit, My hot tub is back up and running much quieter too, with Wi-fi too now... and I did it all myself! With their excellent directions. All for less then $800 hundred dollars... Thank-You so much... Hot Tub party tonight!

Wild West Pool Supplies had two products too choose from to repair my Caldera Spa. One was a replacement blower assembly and the other was a replacement blower motor. I chose the blower motor which was an exact duplicate of the original (it was even manufactured by the same company) and fit perfectly in the original housing!

I was nervous about ordering online for a company I have used before. But they had it at great price. So I took a leap of faith (after I read all positive reviews) and purchased. It took 5 days to arrive and was I. Perfect condition. I recommend this business to anyone reading my comment

I purchased parts for my pool after driving to Home Depot and at least 3 different pool supply stores. Nobody had any of the parts I needed. I went back to Home Depot and looked at the possibility of completely re-plumbing my entire pool filter with different parts. I would always end up at a road-block with the 3-way diverting valve needing Praher unions and their sizes seem to be unique. I started searching on-line and immediately found Wild West, they had everything I need and at very good prices. They shipped everything out and everything went together perfectly. Thank-you Wild West you guys have the parts.

Fast shipping and accurately filled order. Product was initially out of stock after I placed the order, but they kept me informed of inventory and promptly shipped when the product returned to stock. Highly recommend.

I have a proprietary brand hot tub with no parts manual.The original part # is no longer available. I was able to find the manufacturer of the part and the correct replacement Part #. Wild West had the best price, shipping was quick and I received notices every step of the way. Got the part and installed it immediately in time to get my spa running again and prevent freezing issues.

Worked very well. Instead of cutting and re plumbing my pool system for a cracked coupler on the salt cell I just cut the old one off and put the new coupler on. I had my doubts it would work but to my surprise worked flawlessly. Took 10 min. And saved time and money.
