I used Swanson for years. It was a prime service company with good product selection and prompt shipments. My supplies were delivered within days after ordering. It changed within last two years for worse, much worse. Not all supplies I was ordering before are on its site and it takes sometimes weeks to receive my order. Recently my order (from Jan 01,22) was sent to the address, which was invalid for more than a year and half. Interestingly I have received already a few shipments from Swanson to my current address, so there was no reason to revive the old address. In fact I caught the address mistake on my order the next day after placing the order and sent a corrective email (Jan 02,22) to the Swanson customer service address providing the proper destination. They still shipped my order to a wrong place. My current address was on the Swanson site, but regardless of that and my email they did. The Swanson delivery tracking states it was delivered on Jan 08,22, but not to me, though. I don't know how it will be resolved, but I am totally disappointed and disgusted. I will look for a better service from a reliable company.
