I am writing this review based on the excellent assistance and customer service I received from Frank at Wholesale Flights. I initially booked my ticket which I was ready to fly on until... I had to make a last minute change to the departure. Literally 2 days before my departure, I found out that I had to be at my destination a day before originally planned. To my unfortunate luck, it was a Sunday and Frank's office was closed. Luckily I remembered that he provided me with his mobile number to be reached at any time. I usually don't like to bother people on days off but this was one situation I had to make an exception on. I called Frank, he picked up, I told him about the situation and he got to work. Within an hour, he called me back and said that everything I needed was taken care of. Even on his off day, he took the time to take care of my flight which really impressed me. This kind of service is what everybody needs and is looking for. Thank you Frank for your hard work and dedication, I'm glad I chose to buy from you.

With my fiance being a European citizen, and myself American, the transcontinental life we're building means dealing with visa related time restrictions, business commitments in multiple countries and quite often last minute needs and/or changes to our travel plans. The fact that we do our best to travel together only adds twice as much pressure to our transactions at times. Kevin is always so great at finding the best possible options for us at a good price.

That said, it can be easy to book a flight and be happy when all goes well. The true test however comes when something happens and you need to cancel/reschedule... etc.

Kevin has been right there to help us with warmth, urgency and diligence. We even had a situation where we needed to cancel a set of flights one day before departure, and then rebook new flights the next day for the following day —Kevin immediately located the emergency flight we needed less that 24 hours before the departure time and helped us maximize the use of credit from the flights we'd had to cancel the day before —and he had a super solution oriented attitude throughout so I felt like I had a partner working with me!

Obviously Wholesale Flights is a great company to deal with, but with other companies out there I have to admit that Kevin's exceptional customer service is the factor that put Wholesale Flights at the top of our list!

Got exactly what I needed and wanted in a timely manner. It also helped that the agent was very courteous and helpful with any concerns and questions I had.

I recently flew Sydney - London - North America and NY - Sydney. I should have been suspicious when I first booked the flights as I have to chase them the whole time to get things done but despite that I had good flights to the UK and Canada.

However having turned up to catch my flight to Chicago I found that the booking had been cancelled by United's fraud department leaving me stuck. I had to purchase an additional ticket at outrageous rates to continue my trip. No explanation from Wholesale flights on the subject and still (1 month later) waiting for a refund.

Despite booking the flight in June my return flights in December never good confirmed and it required constant emails (forget the phone they never talk to you). Finally I got a flight at the last minute and not even close to the flight I had paid for it was a 30 hour all stops.

NEVER use these guys if something goes wrong you have no comeback. Their customer service skills are non existent and it is impossible to call them.

I am still fighting to get my money back!

Just booked my flight to Africa with Frank. He provided me with great customer service and also gave me a cheap price for my airfare. I would be glad to call him again on my next trip.

Not only was George helpful, he was really patience and very nice as well. He found me a great flight and I was happy with the price. I'll be recommending him to others I know.

Booked a flight from George a couple of months ago and just got back. Can't complain, everything went well and I got what I was promised. I would be glad to use his service again.
