These are con artists. "Stay away!" says it. They will not give a refund. Currently in dispute with credit card company. In simplest terms: The software was too hard to install. It presented security risks.it required downloading a program my techie told me to avoid. Spinner Chief never clearly stated their refund policy until after the sale. Spinner Chief did not disclose additional charges added to the purchase price because they are in China.

When you attempt to download. Exe file, my security program says it is a known risk. And then their YouTube video says to ignore this because the software is safe. That's enough to ask for a refund which they will not do under any circumstances.

Then they are masters of the run-around and hope you will throw up your hands and say "I am not going to bother with this." Their emails are rude and arrogant couched in "please" and "we are sorry."

Absolute crooks!

I have used almost 2 years the incredible "SpinnerChief" software. As a writer novelty is crucial, but in this modern world in every aspect, someone has thought about your ideas just before you and has written about that just earlier than you. But it does not mean you should give up. With SpinnerChief I could fix any part of my manuscripts which had similarity to others' work. It is intelligent and its word bank is amazingly powerful; it can spin the article with just click of a mouse and is faster than any other similar software in the market. I would recommend this software to anyone who writes and is involved with writing.

Well first of all, I was an idiot by purchasing anything from these guys with a credit card. I made a virtual credit card with Revolut, that I immediately disposed of after purchasing from WhiteHatBox. Now after a couple of months, I'm getting random transactions with the same card details that I used here. Luckily, my card is not active, so they can't access the funds in my Revolut account, but there is clearly an attempt.
On the purchase page of the software, there is no payment gateway, you just enter the credit card + personal details in a simple form, and hit enter. It's absolutely obvious that this fake chinese company is profiting from the credit card details that they receive on the site.

Secondly, the tools are absolutely rubbish. They are full of bugs, and as somebody who works as a software developer, I can easily see that this is just BAD programming.
Taking money for these trash apps is like stealing money.

I started using X-Spinner long time ago and I love it, but still I would not call it "the best tool in the world" and so on. It is great and it does its job. It definitely is advanced and managed by professionals. But in comparison with bigger players, we can see differences in the interface graphics and even on their main website. Don't get me wrong, it does what it supposed to do and I still keep repeating that X-Spinner is a great tool in my view and for my business.
