The truth is that their software are complex to use, but with the full support you get from them, you will surely be happy with it. They are the best I have ever seen.

As a WhiteHatBox product user, I would like to stat its a legit company.

To be honestly, I think it should be a legit company. It has been there many years and many friends of mine are using their software. I know their software is bit of complex and no document for some software, but their support is great for me to help me understand everything and solve any problem. Also they updated their program very often, this type of software need keep to update to work, I didn't found any other similar company that update their program so often.

I certainly would not trust them. I had a bad experience when I purchased their SpinnerChief 6 app.

I installed the app and kept being prompted to upgrade and load thesaurus. They tried fix the problem with no success.

I asked for refund but they stopped communicating after that.

Be warned they DO NOT HONOR THEIR REFUND POLICY so buy at your own risk.

It seems if their software has problems they keep your money.

I think their refusal to refund is buying them a whole lot of bad publicity. Good luck to them.

WhiteHatBox is a classic scam company who produces crappy virus-ridden software, offer refunds but never process them, stores card details and sell them later and says they cannot refund me because they are tech suppprt but billing support hasn't answered me for 15 days more or less. STAY AWAY. SCAM.

100% scam! Stay away from these Chinese crooks that will only take over your laptiop and computers and make your life miserable.

It's clearly a scam. They are selling bots and other software that work in the "gray area", so by default, the company is scam.

FRAUD

This company WhiteHatBox.com tricked us and took our money ( full amount of 299$) for software which doesnt work.
We asked them politely to refund our money but they didnt want to do it.
