I ordered some software. First of all they never sent me a link to download the software but when I tried to cancel my subscription they said I did but still charged me. When I try to get a refund there is no room for help and they just say theyre keeping my money. Dont buy from them!

I really love WhiteHatBox app, there are so many free seo softwares and softwares like x-spinner are best of best, I really found hidden diamon between all these crappy softwares that are available on the internet right now. I already cancelled some other subscription on other competitors services I got better results and at the same time saving money with x spinner. Just my honest review.
None of their softwares are working. Ton of bugs and all outdated. They've stolen my time and my money. They don't even refund my money. Don't even think you test and then you can refund your money! NO!
I've done a research about these scammers that their admin has scammed ton of bhw members already and he is banned. Be aware that their job is programming of bots and they are spamming fake reviews everywhere. Don't fall into their trap. 99% of the positive reviews are from newbie and fake accounts with 1 post only...

Whitehatbox delivers software that works yet comes across as clunky. There are a few reboots here and there, but the support does try and is always very responsive.
It looks like a longterm investment and their company seems to grow, these guys have been around for awhile and give them a few more years I believe they'll be on top of the market.

make sure you have a windows computer, lots of time, and read the tutorials carefully.

Useless and unusable software. It does not create any single text in Italian and also very difficult to use. Despite the guides, the quality of the text produced is pretty much the same as the original and really badly written, and still subject to revision over and over again. It definitely doesn't automate a process and it doesn't buy time as promised. We might as well write it yourself! Bad experience and money thrown away!

I bought one of their sotware when they did promotion. It ran for some time without any problems except some minor problems. I'd like to give them and the software a good review. Five Stars!
PVA creator is a Overpriced product, incomplete software tool no proper documentation. Reference ticket no ******* to the vendor with video screenshot shared. They have sold me VIP membership of them of 998 USD and everyday there are new error and issues and software keep crashing all time.
They sold me Markter Browser another tool 700+ USD lifetime license they say and keep crashing every 10 min. If you have so much money and you can forget your money once paid they need people to help them build their software + test it and same time keep paying for each of the software.
Whitehatbox dont take customer as an atm card, you exists as they do exists.
Very poor after sales experience. Website is also full of malformed advertisement for one thing just sell something.

I started using X-Spinner long time ago and I love it, but still I would not call it "the best tool in the world" and so on. It is great and it does its job. It definitely is advanced and managed by professionals. But in comparison with bigger players, we can see differences in the interface graphics and even on their main website. Don't get me wrong, it does what it supposed to do and I still keep repeating that X-Spinner is a great tool in my view and for my business.
trafficbotpro.com from Whitehatbox.com has produced a totally useless and slow traffic bot. After testing the software, this is my review:
- Extremely slow - it generates around 1 hit pr minute
- Very bad user interface: Very difficult to set up and almost impossible to get help and support.
- When you get help: Customer support is rude and slow.
- Proxy harvester: 100% useless. The free proxies will not help you at all.
Need a refund? Just forget it, these scammers dont offer any refund options.
I bought silver VIP membership from WhiteHatBox with their one time purchase and I saved over 200 dollars (maybe even more). It is fantastic deal and I am using all these softwares anyway. If you want to enhance your collection of marketing tools and software, then this is the package you are looking for!

Very poor customer service, inhuman support. Robotic answers. Without checking their developer says key issue whereas the database error was there clearly shown in video screenshot. If you have lots of money and time to waste then go for this company. Their leading software marketer browser worth $700+ is not working 6 months and still they have so many excuses they says we dont convert your softwares to any of our working software as you have used it. Where as their own server shall have lots we did not even used any software for 6 months as all time we tried it is not working.

Stay away from these Chinese scammers and thieves. They will only steal your money and leave you with useless and bad coded softwares.
Customer support: Rude, hopeless and incompetent.
Software quality: A 3 year old child could do better.
Usability: Absent.
Refund policy: No refunds.

Avoid Spinner Chief at all costs! Poor quality of the thesaurus, very bad support, software often breaks down. NOT RECOMMENDED
The software works as good as expected with multiple accounts, I recommend it for other users. Its price was slightly high if they offer another price I would give them five stars.
