Biggest SCAM ever! Do not purchase from these guys. They sent me the incorrect rim after confirming the correct rim i needed with a agent. Gave them the year make and model a d they sent the incorrect one. I didnt realize it was incorrect til after i paid a tire shop to put a tire on and when i tried to put it on the car it didnt fit. Had to pay againto get the tire off and when i spoke to a agent they apologized and assured me ill get a refund when i send it back. I sent it back and now the customer service agent over email is telling me they cant send a refund due to some sort of damage to the rim… whats that got to do with me if the post office or tire shop scratched up the rim haha. Thats insaaaaane these guys are a joke! They robbed me from a item and for my money haha..

I purchased a set of rim (4) from them and we are in the same state as their office. We realized we made a mistake and needed 1" wider rear tires, i expected to pay for shipping. But it took them forever to respond to my emails and each one said "usually 10-40 mins return time on emails" and it took them 5 days and I was told to call the office and they gave me the number.
I could only get the sales department and they took my order number and said returning shouldnt be an issue and look out for an email from their return team.
The email came about 20 mins later and said I was responsible for shipping AND a 25%(!) restocking fee on unopened brand new rims. What kinda scam is this? That is nearly $400 plus shipping.

I am not impressed. A business is defined by how they address customer issues, not how they take care of easy transactions. I was trying to give them more money and send them more business through our shopts but they clearly dont want to work with us so here is your review.

I was very skeptical on buying wheels online but wheel hero customer service was very knowledgeable an helpful. I received my wheel in the period of time promised and they where perfect. They fit my vehicle perfectly. I absolutely recommend this company and definitely would buy there again.

Ordered rims+tires online using the vehicle search, 2 weeks later when they arrived they wouldn't fit on my car. Talking to support has been a nightmare and so far I've been told to "stop wasting time and just put them on the car" when I have shown proof multiple times they do not fit the car. I've had the tires in my garage for almost a month waiting for them to honor their "Fitment Guarantee".

Desired outcome: PICK UP THE WHEELS AND ISSUE A FULL REFUND

Great customer service, they were able to assist me with all my questions as far as fitment and even assisted me with questions I had after the purchase. My wheels look great!

I received the wheels and tires on a record time and all perfect. Thanks a lot! Installed on my car and it gave a great look and the price was perfect!
