Ordered rims+tires online using the vehicle search, 2 weeks later when they arrived they wouldn't fit on my car. Talking to support has been a nightmare and so far I've been told to "stop wasting time and just put them on the car" when I have shown proof multiple times they do not fit the car. I've had the tires in my garage for almost a month waiting for them to honor their "Fitment Guarantee". Desired outcome: PICK UP THE WHEELS AND ISSUE A FULL REFUND
I was very skeptical on buying wheels online but wheel hero customer service was very knowledgeable an helpful. I received my wheel in the period of time promised and they where perfect. They fit my vehicle perfectly. I absolutely recommend this company and definitely would buy there again.
