I bought an Ajazz AC-100 from Whatgeek and I am very pleased with it- it's a great looking, great sounding device. But! It shipped without a user manual, and Ajazz doesn't have a functioning website, which is weird and frustrating. I found a.pdf of the manual on Whatgeek, but it's barely useable. And the software? You've got to find it, decompress it and install it yourself without instructions. Weird and frustrating, again. A simple fix would be to film a YouTube demo and ship the keyboard with a QR code to the video. And best of luck uploading gifs to the screen.
Ulala techonolgiea. A courier out sourced by your logistics have major issues in terms of customer service.
Got my order with no issue
Satisfied of my purchase
Good customer service fast shipping and good price!
Package came in one piece, swapped out the keys for a DXA set I wanted to use and it's a great sounding keyboard.
I pre-purchased the GPD win mini 2025 and the item was shipped two weeks later. It arrived in less than a week in France but thats where the issues arose. The first delivery attempt failed due to a zip code error. Two subsequent deliveries failed because the deliveryman called the wrong number twice! In total it took 7 days to get my order after the first failed delivery because the customer support of the delivery company was slow.
The ordered item arrived with small bruises on the cardboard box but no other issues with the device
Product great some problems with shipping other than that great!
It came on time and there was no delay or damages with it! Also a very good price compared to the other places I looked!
Good product. I love my aula f108 pro. Shipping takes awhile but worth the wait. Sound great. Feel solid build quality. The knob is too sensive. That is the o oy draw back
Delivery took a while but to be fair i live in Europe but apart from that it was a great experience, stuff came well packed and no damage during transit.
Just ordered so hopefully this keyboard is close to what I have been currently using. Fingers crossed!
The discount afforded was really appreciated and considering the keyboard (Lofree FlowLite) came from overseas I was really impressed with how quickly it arrived. I am very happy with the keyboard and service and look forward to using WhatGeek again!
I got it and just love it thank you, I have had so much fun playing the game console, and I still have so many games to choose from which is very awesome.
Good price, product arrived in good time and worked straight out box
The order arrived in time. The product itself is high quality. Nothing else to add, would buy here again.
Ordered a Retroid Pocket 5, came with a free case. Also managed to get it a little bit cheaper as there was an offer on to buy it with an Anbernic controller. Took roughly about 2 weeks to get from China to UK.
Had 0 issues, really happy with WhatGeek and my purchase.
Really pleased with the speed of delivery and quality of product. Much better value than other sites selling the same product.
Answer: Had the best price anywhere on what I was looking for!
Answer: It's a legit but sketchy company. Be careful but don't necessarily avoid.
