I'm so glad i found this site! The coolkiller rococo keyboard is beautiful and such high quality- i'm obsessed with it. And the moarbeng meow keycaps are so adorable too! The keyboard is surprisingly nice in terms of typing feel. I am not a super keyboard geek, never really remapped my Bridge75 and Epomaker P75. With the flow lite 100 layout, having the num pad, there's really no need to remap. The lack of VIA support is not important to me. I like this keyboard very much, bottomline. :)
Defective product, paid $74 USD to return shipping. Wasted $74 for this entire experience and it wasn't even my fault. Can I get reimbursed with the $74 I spent to return shipping?

I ordered this item, it broke within 5 minutes and I was told I'd get a refund, I still haven't received this refund 2 weeks later.
The product itself is great, the device is wonderful, the card it came with only sometimes works but I am luckily able to add my own games so doesn't matter too much. Shipping was extremely slow, and customer service didn't seem to understand my question or maybe english? I asked how long shipping would take as none of the tracking info worked, they either didn't understand or refused to answer the question, we went back and forth and i asked straight up 3 times how long it would take but nope, never got an answer lol it was actually a bit rude. I was so relieved when it finally arrived I was extremely worried i was being scammed at first due to the problems.
If you are aware of the discord then you know there are some bad reviews on there. I emailed support asking for shipping tracking and they gave it to me, fine good, I then emailed back saying thank you sorry if any convenience because I saw the discord and there were bad reviews. The response I got was you've caused us inconvenience and we are cancelling your order. This is insanely bad customer support, you can't threaten to cancel peoples orders because they mention your Discord reviews. I got my order in about 20 days, five days more than shipping was predicted. The package itself was fine and I can't complain about the item as I like it, I will not be buying here again.
Places the order, did say it would take 2 weeks and arrived within 10 days. Communication in between as to where order was up to wasn't great. But the product is good and does everything as described.
If you like to game on the go or are sick of doom scrolling the miyoo mini plus is definitely worth every penny! There are no super Mario games on there bar Mario kart but definitely hours and hour me of great games to play on there. The classic arcade games on the base model don't run well but GBA and GBC work great. Would highly recommend!
Great little mouse, happy with it so far. The delivery was a bit slow but that's my fault since there was a long bank holiday weekend in the middle of it. But other than that - really nice item, well packed and seems to work great. Just the aesthetic I wanted.

The products overall are great no complaints really other than the@ and " keys being switched but I paid for express processing and I can tell you it was far from express and was promised a refund for it but never got it and due to the customer service being a joke of having to keep checking back on the chat instead of an emails or something I just couldn't be bothered to keep messaging about it
I waited two weeks for an update on my purchase but it remained as processing which I'm not going to accept as it is far too long to remain as processing. Once I emailed them in regards to the process they informed me they were out of stock(when were they gonna tell me that?!?) they did tho gave me options on how to go about which I loved and felt calm after. Since I live in Texas shipping took almost a month but it's a very pretty keyboard
