Took forever to actually start the shipping process from China. 22 days to get to the uk. The 5 to 15 days stated for delivery is rather misleading.
Looking at the setup i initially did not trust the site for payment as no lock was on address bar etc but it is a different logo for site security and certificates and independant reviews all are positive about the site

Orders are not updated, never sent 99.99% are force to Credit Card Charge Back, due to this company dodgie (money laundry probaly) practices, being reported to DEA, FTC and BBB, beware you could loose your money with a probability of 99.99%
Excellent service. RP5 is good for short bursts of play. Stick to 30min intervals unless you want cramping hands. Love the product all the same and service was perfect 👍🏽
